I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. Went in and i was greeted by mike who right away got me in and took the keys to my truck and told me they would get in touch once they looked over everything and confirmed the repair. Next day i was called by his father Don who told me that it would need a new tank and that he had located one for me, turns out the tank was no good and he had then again searched and located another tank for me. making a long story short the tank that he had found was damaged by the shipping company during transport. Mike then got on the phone with the company that i had ordered the replacement tank from and had them send out another to the shop. All this time my truck was kept safe and sound! finally after all these issues with the fuel tank we had a nice tank delivered. In no time at all these guys got my truck running again and back on the road. I would definitely get my car repaired here. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable, they don't give you the runaround like many I've visited in the past. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business…read more As a new customer, my experience has been exceptionally poor, both financially and, more importantly, in terms of how I was treated. I was charged approximately $700 in "administrative fees," in addition to what I consider an untenable daily storage charge. Prospective customers would be well advised to understand these fees in detail before allowing their vehicle to be brought here. Far more troubling, however, was my experience dealing with Tyler McNee. In my interactions with him, I found him extraordinarily unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. Basic courtesy and professional customer service seemed entirely absent. What should have been a straightforward business interaction instead became unnecessarily unpleasant and adversarial. I rarely write reviews this negative, but the combination of the fees and the remarkably poor treatment warrants one. There are plenty of stressful circumstances surrounding an accident or vehicle repair already. A customer should not also have to contend with disrespectful and hostile communication from the people being paid to handle the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would avoid this business at all costs. Whatever convenience it may offer is simply not worth the fees, aggravation or level of communication I encountered.

I feel as though this is a place you can go to and not get ripped off. I can go in for a simple oil change and leave without the mechanic telling me I need 5 other things done to my car. There are times when he does let me know when I should start planning to have work done, but it's seldom. There are times, like today, that I asked he check my front tire because it seemed to be low on air and I had just filled it a few days ago. He checked it, said he didn't see anything in it and also said the back was low, so he filled both. Also informed me my inspection was past due! Oops! Oil change was $30! In and out.
