Based on this price I confirmed with the sales representative that I would like to lease the vehicle for 36 months at 20,000km ASAP. Based on this price I had auto insurance arranged. Based on this price I came into the HuntClub location to do a test drive. Based on this price I started all the paper work. Based on this price I provided all requested information including photocopies of my ID and insurance. Based on this price I paid a $500.00 deposit. It is at this stage that I am told that the price is actually more expensive and it must have been a computer glitch that they didn't include all the fees. Is this really how HuntClub Honda conducts business? Whether this is an honest mistake or a shady sales tactic, this seems absurd to me. At this point I was quite frustrated as I had already been there much longer than Should have been required as the sales representative was going on and on as they do even though I made it clear more than once that i was in a rush. I then had to leave to go back to work. I have tried to contact HuntClub Honda three times in the last three days, including the managers on my emails, regarding this issue. No one has even had the courtesy to even respond with an acknowledgement email. They still have my deposit on the vehicle.

I first went in on my own, and even though I was very interested Sam never was pushy with me to hurry up and make a decision, he encouraged me to come back with my husband so he could look as well, even though I told him it would pretty much be my car. When my husband came he still was not pushing us into making a decision. He spent a very long time with us each time explaining everything we needed to know, even though it was late. Eli was also fantastic when showing us what the extended warranty has to offer, he left the room for a long time for us to discuss things privately. We chose to go with it since it covers pretty much everything, but again we never felt pressured. The manager Mike I think his name is is also very nice. Everyone we dealt with has fantastic customer service skills. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They also gave me a better trade in offer than what I was quoted at another dealership.

I told them how I can't throw my money like this hoping that a very small issue will get fixed. I requested to see the manger for 2 minutes before leaving, he came and couldn't help himself. Still waiting for proper follow-up after more than a month…read more At 8 AM on August 29, I went to Otto's BMW to have the carpet lights replaced on my 2023 BMW X5, which I purchased as a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) earlier this summer. During the service, the mechanic noticed that one of the lug bolts wasn't turning freely. The service team offered to re-tap the threads, but that was unsuccessful, and they ended up needing to replace the entire hub bearing. I spent the entire day at the dealership, but to their credit, they worked hard to get everything fixed so I could have my vehicle for the weekend. Unfortunately, things took a turn after that. Once the work was done, I witnessed the mechanic floor my car on a cold engine right in front of the dealership. Reckless driving in my own vehicle. I later learned that the mechanic was on probation. My service advisor assured me at 5 PM on that Friday that he would "take care of me" the following Monday regarding this incident. It's now October 15, and I have yet to receive a meaningful follow-up or resolution. I was offered a free detailing, but my car had already been professionally detailed. (And I even received compliments from the staff telling me how nice the vehicle was) Driving this BMW X5 has been a dream come true, but the way this situation was handled has left a sour taste. It's hard to trust the dealership with my car after witnessing such carelessness. Mistakes happen. It's how they're handled afterward that shows true professionalism. I genuinely hope Otto's steps up and finds a proper resolution soon.
