Our salesman, Alex…read moreEstaphan was a pleasure to work with, during the negotiations, the purchase, and the pick up of our new vehicle. It was a no pressure purchase, with him allowing us to decide what we wanted and needed. It was a stress free experience. We highly recommend Ottawa Honda for a purchase, and Alex in particular as a salesman. We would definitely purchase through him in the future. We are very pleased with the Hybrid. The gas mileage has exceeded the industry average and it drives lives like a dream. T & E Janes

Avoid at all costs, their service department will scam you. Estimate: $140; Invoice: $423. Shady…read morebusiness practices and disrespectful staff. Have used them many times with mediocre service, but will never return after latest fiasco. Scam: Dropped my car off for an oil change. Asked that they look at the AC and see why it's intermittently shutting off. The staff member said "Sure" and didn't mention any price, so I assumed they'd call me once they looked at it and diagnosed. Even my written estimate read "A/C Price $- , Inspect and Report". Got a call to pick up my car and am shocked to learn they charged me $271 to put some dye in the AC system to help find a leak (it's not even fixed!). Disrespectful Staff: When I was shocked by the $271 extra charge I said "Jeez!" and was met with a very defensive staff member, "I would have warned you about that when you dropped it off. I'm normally very good at warning customers. It can be anywhere from $200-$500 for an AC repair." What!? I'm sorry, but you didn't warn me, because I'm not signing you a blank cheque for up to $500. Called the manager, he gave me the same shtick, "He would've warned you about the AC charge, he's normally really good at that". I have two staff members now essentially gaslightling me that I approved a $271 AC charge. I'm frugal, for $271 I'm driving with the windows down. "I'm sorry, I was not warned of any charge for the AC, I read 'inspect and report' on the estimate and assumed that that is what you would do". "I'll talk to the staff serving you, but I'm almost positive he would have warned you." Unresponsive manager: The manager, Marc Houle, said he'd check with his staff and call back. That was 1 month ago. I've sent two follow up emails, and called 8 times this week and I've received no response. I think he believes if he ignores me long enough I'll give up. I'm filing complaints with the BBB and Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery today.

Small things like, not enough gas to get home from dealership even though 10 min away. not a drip of wiper fluid in it. Turns out there was a lot of little broken and missing things on the vehicle. I learned to dread every time I had to interact with them. I could have been ok with it all, but to spend thousands and get that horrible attitude and treatment... I will never go there again.

But they had the car I wanted, so I decided to try them again. I liked the Crosstrek and bought it. Joe was a good salesman. First thing is that they added a tire protection plan to my bill without explaining it to me or even asking. I asked about it and Joe said that it could not be removed. I finally got the $338 removed from my bill. The cleaning of the car on delivery was poor. There is a serious ding on the hood that shows right through to the bare steel. Most importantly, the car was advertised as having "remote engine starter" which to me meant that I could start the car remotely. When I realized I didn't have the started fob and asked them, they said that this feature was only available through an app and a subscription to Starlink. I then needed a smart phone to operate it. Which I don't have. Also, I only found out about the one-year trial subscription to Starlink through my own investigation. They didn't mention it. Bonan Wang did help me with the subscription. They failed to resolve my issue with the remote starter and no longer respond to my emails. The last email response I received from Thomas B, the sales manager, was this string of letters sdgfredgserdfg. I like my "new-to-me" Crosstrek, but the dealership was below par on service.

Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. If you want to have your service…read moreappointments scheduled for 6 months from now and then just have it moved further out, you have come to the right place. I tried to get them to fix a security recall I had on my clutch for over a year to no avail. Just scheduling my first appointment was impossible. The service representative Allison Kearney was impossible to deal with. She didn't answer my emails or my calls on the first try, only when I escalated the issues. After finally scheduling my first appointment, I was told that I needed to bring my vehicle in for an inspection so they could order the parts. They kept my car for the day, inspected it, and then scheduled an appointment to have the clutch fixed and my brake fluid hose fixed a month from then. After bringing in my car, they let me know that the brake fluid hose was fixed but that I will have to come back to have the clutch fixed because they have one employee that works on manual transmissions and he is too busy changing tires on cop cars. They said they would have to schedule my appointment 5 months from then. When I said that it was a security recall, she answered with "well you've been driving with it this far". The most unprofessional comment I had ever heard until they topped themselves later on. Her colleague Dwayne then joined in and told me that it was the only way. He also mentioned that it could take more than a day so that I should call a week in advance to ensure that they could get me a rental car. I wait the 4 months and 3 weeks and give Allison a call to lock down the rental car a week in advance. She lets me know that I have to call a day in advance, not a week. I oblige and I call in the morning, a day in advance. She lets me know that I have to call at the end of the day, not in the morning. When I call at the end of the day, she lets me know that she cannot get me a rental car. I can still drop my car off for my service appointment, I just will not have a car for an undetermined amount of time. At this point I have had enough and I let her know that I was told to call a week in advance to ENSURE I would have a rental. She then tells me she will try another rental place and will call me back. Half an hour later, I get a phone call from Dwayne. He immediately says that we have to push back my service appointment because they have to order the part. I say "How did we go from me not having a rental to having to push my service appointment AGAIN?". He says that normally, cars are brought in for inspection before ordering the parts so if I came in for my appointment I would just be "pissed off anyway". I let him know that my car has already been inspected and that the part should have been ordered months ago. He says that they only have one person that works on manual transmissions and that he's working on cop cars... The same excuse as last time. I told him that the parts should have already been ordered, so what kind of assurance do I have that if the appointment is moved back yet again, that the parts will be ordered? He said "That's life buddy, nothing is guaranteed. If the guy that works on the transmissions dies tomorrow, we're all fucked". At this point I cannot believe what I am hearing over the phone. You can't guarantee that you can perform a service on an appointment that has been rescheduled 4 times over a year? And now you are insinuating that your employee can die? Avoid this place at all costs.
