    Showing me my worn spark plugs

    I visited Ultimate Bimmer Service as a new customer right after moving to Dallas from the Bay Area, CA. I've been a loyal customer to Bavarian Professionals in Berkeley and was hoping to find a shop that's as awesome as them in terms of the quality of work, knowledge, trustworthiness and reliability in Dallas. I was able to schedule an appointment easily by phone with Ultimate Bimmer Service for my visit (oil change and new spark plugs) and was given approximate estimates for the total cost of service and duration of the work before ending the call. The appointment went well and they even showed me my old spark plugs and gave me a heads up on common issues for my model's engine (coolant issues), which is true since I've already had to replace coolant parts, fortunately before my warranty expired, and they even educated me a bit on the wear and tear of spark plugs. The price was reasonable, the service was great, and I feel pretty confident I've found my go-to shop now for my manual transmission 330i. As an added plus, as a female, I didn't get any intuitive feelings that they were trying to take advantage of me. Will definitely be back!

    These folks are great! Lost my previous mechanic and needed a new one. I was recommended to these folks by a friend! Always skeptical of a new service provider! Had an valve cover oil leak so reached out and scheduled appt. Upon their inspection found an additional leak with the oil filter stand. They called me and emailed to go over everything before starting any work. Approved and they proceeded. Upon removing the valve cover and starting work they found my eccentric shaft gear badly worn. They emailed me pictures and called to discuss it. They provided options and best/worse case scenarios with cost. (IE: if I wait I will most likely be OK for a while but It could also decide to fail possibly leaving me stuck somewhere. This would lead to extra labor costs, another new valve cover seal, possible towing, w/o a vehicle again, or more. Since valve cover is off now " large part of the cost" now is a good time to replace it.) Approved and they proceeded to repair everything along with some hoses, plugs, etc.. This was my first time using them and they did not like having to tell me the news. It looked like a new service provider hitting client up for everything, except it wasn't that at all. They did the right thing by advising me and gave me the options. After 120k miles and only oil changes, brakes, and tires I couldn't complain. They did find a few other items with the car that need to be fixed, however, explained the pros/cons, worst case, and cost of each. I'll do these later and they were totally cool with that. What impressed me was their approach to it all. Not to mention the attentive, kind, and serving attitude of the staff. My rep was Neil and he took the time to walk through the details and presented options with complete understanding. They know Beemers! He genuinely cared and knew what he was talking about. Additionally, he provided pictures and didn't push anything on me nor try to push me Into any repairs. The best part was coming to pick up my car and he had all the old parts on a cart. Neil proceeded to show me each part and talk through all they did and why confirming everything we spoke about prior to repairs. This was a first for me and further confirmed I made the right choice. Sitting in the pile was my valve cover. I said, oh you replaced that too. He said, yes it's the right way to do it and explained why which I could not agree more. It's plastic seating up to a metal engine and the car has 120k. Plastic warps and gets brittle. This group is top notch and gained a new customer. I miss my old mechanic, however, these folks are next level and it shows in everything they do. Thank you for a great experience! 2014 535i M Sport

They recommended that I replace the front brake pads, which I did, but the noise persisted. I was advised to give it some time for the new brake pads to settle in. Last week, I returned for another inspection of the brakes due to the ongoing noise. This time, they suggested changing the rear brake pads and rotors. After that, the noise actually got worse, so I made a quick turnaround and brought the car back. They suggested that the front brake rotors might need replacement. While they recommended service based on mileage, they failed to point out any other issues with the braking system. When I took my car to another shop for an oil change, I mentioned the brake noise. The mechanics there immediately noticed that hardware was missing from the front brake pads and installed new hardware (previously installed by Integrity 1st). I called Integrity that same day, but they were closed for the weekend. I went out of town from Monday to Thursday and returned on Friday. Integrity 1st inspected my vehicle and found that the rear rotor needed replacement (the one they just replaced a week ago), as well as new brake pads and rotors for the front. Additionally, they discovered that my emergency brake was damaging the hardware, which also needed to be replaced. They guaranteed that if I paid them another $1,200, they would resolve all these issues. I explained that the car hadn't been driven enough to cause this damage and questioned why these problems weren't noticed the week before. Tyler offered the excuse that such damage could occur in just a day. After this experience, I have decided not to return to Integrity and will be taking my vehicles to another location. I would recommend thinking twice before choosing this shop, as it ultimately reflects poorly on all mechanics and their partner shops.

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.

He continuously goes above and beyond to help. I was recently on a road trip with my not yet 2 year old daughter and husband when we experienced some mechanical issues. I reached out to Carmon and he explained what was happening and helped my family get home safely. Furthermore, he then educated us on how to prevent it in the future. His knowledge is wide-ranging but more than that he is happy to educate his clients which is invaluable. Lastly, he is so kind he always puts us at ease (my husband and I have talked about we want to have dinner with him and his wife - we like him so much!) which is such a blessing if you're stressed about a car issue or budget.  Thank you Carmon!!!!

When I came by Xpress Automotive, Carmon is very considerate and professional. Also, my friend brought his own parts and Carmon, put it on at a reasonable price....he also was kind enough to replace a hose at no charge. I have saved his information in my phone for any vehicle repairs in the future. As a woman, it is hard to find someone that is honest. Carmon you are much appreciated.

I called and spoke with Bob who happens to be the owner, he had me run the car by and looked at it and saw immediately what my issue was. Bob booked me an appointment to come by and drop my car off so he and his team could do the repairs. I dropped car off the night before and it was ready by next day as promised. What I liked about Bob was that he is very transparent with his pricing and even showed me the old water pump that he pulled out of my car! It was neat to see the proof of the work (not that I doubted him for a moment) but the transparency is very much appreciated. The cost was more than fair for my water pump and actually ended up only being 500 more than a girlfriend of mines Camry. Thank you Bob for taking care of me and getting me back on the road! I dropped the car off with a request to let me know what all it needed. I braced for new brakes, fluids, and some additional work. I would not have been surprised to have that. I expected brakes at the minimum. Instead I got we topped off fluids and changed the oil. So, why would I say he is a national treasure? Because he went out to car with my daughter and me and spent a lot of time with a thorough walk through about the reason not to let gas get low in car, how to check oil, check tire pressure, and change the windshield wipers. I had shown all of this in the past but this time she said to me, I shouldn't let my gas get low, should I? And that saves us over $2,000. So, Bob, thank you so much for being so kind.
