Waunita needs another profession, clearly she's not a stylist because a stylist would try to help their customer, a stylist would recommend what would be best--the only recommendation she offered was "can't color over color. Need to do highlights". No ma'am. We don't NEED to do anything. We NEED you to do what YOU'RE licensed to do...or are you even licensed??? End result Waunita color stripped her hair, it looks like the same hack job we went in for. If we wanted crap hair results we would have went to Walmart and asked the homeless man out front if he wanted to make $5. Seriously. These other reviews on Yelp, Groupon, Facebook, and google are about MONICA. Monica I'm sure would have been decent, Waunita is the Worst. I repeat the W O R S T person to lay hands on your head. Let me reiterate DONT GO HERE. Did I mention my wife is cut, burning, & bleeding??? Ok. Just making sure.

I also got my toes done in color #27, which was the closest shade they had to a baby pink, and I absolutely love how they turned out! Although the salon can get quite busy, the front desk staff, to include the manager, are attentive and are always around to ask questions, offer you a beverage, etc. I have only been here three times and was still trying out their different technicians, so I don't have a recommendation, but they can recreate nail designs that you find on social media. I tried their coffee pedicure for the first time and it was great and relaxing - although I didn't get offered the included warm, neck pillow. I scheduled a mani/pedi and when I checked in and was seated in the waiting area I wasn't offered colors to browse and by the time I was seated in the pedicure chair I was still not offered any colors. The pedicure was done by an older woman who was harsh and did not say a single word to me, I asked her for the colors and she didn't say anything and about 10 minutes later she got up and brought the colors. She was harsh with my feet grabbing and pushing them and pointing at me to do stuff but still not a single word and by the time she was done I just felt so uncomfortable, she didn't even clean the edges of my cuticles and had gotten nail polish on my toes without cleaning it off. After that she got up and left, the receptionist had not informed her that I also had a manicure and went to go get her. This time she came back and I could tell she was very annoyed and started rushing the manicure, my nails came out crooked, she snipped my cuticles and I ended up asking her to stop and she even left some of my nails hanging off. Again she was harsh with grabbing and pushing my hands away but still no communication and at this point I just wanted to leave. She finished up and moved on to the next client and I called my mom for guidance on what I should do and she told me to complain. She ended up calling the salon for me and they told her they would give me a 15% discount on the phone but only ended up giving me a 10% discount even after looking at the paint job and agreeing it was poorly done. I ended up having to fix them at home anyways. The "tech" who did my nails was Holly and I really would not recommend coming here unless you want to pay inflated prices for a half-a** job.

I have never had anything other than a pleasant experience there. Went to a different location. Botched my hair. Bad. They apologized. They refunded and sent me to this location to fix it. Promised it would be fixed. The woman could not get in the same page as me as to what I wanted. The girl next to her knew exactly what I wanted. I had the photo. I said just copy the photo. There was a diamond in the picture but I said multiple times no diamonds, no designs, I just want the same color arrangement. She did not give me a fake nail on my big toe. She just used a bunch of acrylic to build it up, and it ended up being very thick and bumpy. That fell off 2 days after my appointment. The fake nail on my other big toe, from my previous set, also fell off because she didn't reglue it at all. She gave me a sloppy design that I didn't ask for. I said no designs multiple times but she did it anyway. At that point I was too frustrated to confront her, I just paid and left.
