The 2nd time I went, Carly decided to wash before the cut/style and, while I couldn't tell initially after styling, my hair was terribly uneven when I left. Like in a serious way - pictures attached. I will say that when I texted Carly a photo, she confirmed that was not her intention and offered to try to correct the error. I do appreciate this. I went back in and she was able to "even" it out as best she could given the condition. It wasn't ideal, but I get it. Mistakes happen. I'm now considering going back for a 3rd go, but I am a bit hesitant given my experience. I will update my review if I do return.

Carly took a look at all of my pictures of the type of hair that i liked , and booked my appointment for a few weeks out . She gave me a cost estimate at the consultation which i am really grateful for because I've experienced "sticker shock " before at hair appointments , expecting to pay one thing and getting a much higher bill at the end of the service . I will say that the prices listed on the website are very much " starting prices " . My hair service ended up being a corrective color and did take several hours , however Carly explained to me that i will be able to go for several months in between my highlighting services so in my opinion, it was well worth the money and time ! They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for.
