Now I am unable to access both the old and the new accounts. The CC company nor Loft is able to access either. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone today trying to correct this. So far, I can not access my new (unasked for) account or the old. I am unable to pay the card. All because a sales associate told me something untrue. I will be canceling my card as soon as I pay it. And I doubt I will shop at loft again.
