Although it was still tough to find street parking, it wasn't horrible. I ended up parking a block away behind the Google Fiber building in a parking deck. Once you walk the block to the studio, it's right across from Snoopy's. Their studio is the first one when you walk into the Carter building. Melissa S. (the owner & creator of Front Row Cosmetics) is so amazing and full of life! Everytime I see her, she greats you with a huge smile and she starts talking with you like she's known you for years. Front Row Cosmetics are definitely worth the buy. I now have their Bronzer as well as her amazing "Liquid to Matte" lipstick, color: "Sexy". The customer service was stellar! The store is clean, brightly lit, and the stock is arranged so that you can find your items at a glance. The selection of cosmetic and perfume lines is superior to any department store, with lower- to couture- quality in a variety of price ranges that will suit anyone's budgets. Don't be afraid to come in here if, like me, budget constraints are an issue. Applying for their in-store credit account allowed me to stagger my payments over a couple of months, and spend a bit more than I can usually afford. Interest rates and terms are comparable to other specialty stores. The sales associate greeted me upon entry, and came over promptly to offer her assistance when I couldn't find the size of Chanel #5 that I wanted. Turns out there wasn't any in the drawer, so she went to the stockroom in back. She came out twice to let me know that she was still looking and hadn't forgotten about me. Mindful of the other customers (although the line at the checkout was moving fast) I told her I didn't mind coming back in few days if they were expecting an order. She said that no, looking for it was her job and she didn't mind. This won my heart instantly.....I love great customer service! She found my bottle and I went to check out. Had no trouble using my card for the first time. Shopping was fun and I came away happy with my experience. Thanks!

She even worked on my hips and did some stretching. I was soooooo relaxed that I fell asleep a couple times. It's been about two hours since I got done and I'm still so relaxed and loose. After a lot of searching, I found Dr. Hunter, and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I knew my experience would be different. Dr. Hunter personally greeted my family and me in the lobby, which immediately made me feel welcome. During my consultation, I shared all of my concerns and the areas I wanted to improve. He listened carefully, never rushed me, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on my goals. I've been to many medical appointments where I've left feeling unheard, but that was never the case with Dr. Hunter. His confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my decision. I had my surgery in December, and now that I'm six months post-op, I can honestly say I LOVE the way I look. My results exceeded my expectations while still looking natural. One thing I was initially nervous about was that I didn't see many women who looked like me on the website. However, from beginning to end, I was treated with exceptional care and respect. The hospitality from the entire Amelia team was truly unmatched. Every interaction made me feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for, and that meant everything to me. Whenever I had a question or concern, someone responded quickly by phone or email. I never felt like I was navigating my recovery alone. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Hunter and every member of the Amelia team for helping me through this journey. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I've made, and I would recommend them without hesitation. For anyone considering a mommy makeover, my procedure included: * Tummy tuck * Small hernia repair * Breast reduction * Liposuction to the flanks Thank you, Dr. Hunter and the entire Amelia team, for helping me feel confident in my own skin again. I will forever be grateful.

I called several times with no answer and knocked. I even messaged them on Facebook. After 10 minutes, I left and headed back home. Not to mention I had already driven 30 minutes there and my kids were with a babysitter. Ashley seemed annoyed that I wouldn't just turn around and come back. She made no attempts to remedy the situation beyond that, didn't seem upset, or even say she was so sorry. Instead she just kept saying "Well, I was in the back with a client." When I indicated I wanted a refund, she just said "Groupon handles that" and that was the end of the phone call. With such poor customer service and a wasted hour, I won't be back.
