I went to Salon 29:11 for the first time today. However, I loved that when I called to make my appointment a real person answered the phone and recommended the stylist Caroline. When I arrived the Salon was well-appointed with a comfy sitting area. After a short wait Caroline took me to her station and I got the best haircut I have had in years and I really appreciated her attention to detail. Wonderful people, best pedicure I have ever had. Prices are fair. Color selection is huge.

I bought a gift card for $150 so my in-laws could get a COUPLES MASSAGE for mother's/father's day this year, since it's advertised on their website that it's a service this salon offers. However when they called to make an appointment, they were told they don't offer couples massages. And their main picture on Google is a picture of a couples massage room! That's false advertising! And all they could say was "sorry". Wasted $150 that could have been spent on an actual couples massage. Completely unacceptable. Do not patronize this business. read more

Reached out in the morning to schedule an appointment for a hair cut before thanksgiving thinking I wouldn't be able to get in for a few days, they squeezed me in same day. I only get my hair cut maybe once a year because I have very long thick hair and I'm always disappointed at the outcome. Caitlin who cut my hair and was very particular and gave me exactly what I was asking for, she did an amazing job and I wish I'd had more cash on me to tip her more. The stylists in this salon are very professional and great at what they do. I was visiting town, needing a cut, and was able to get in that day, get an expert cut (better than my usual back home), and enjoyed my time. This a very nice place, very friendly people. I recently had a massage done there by Bruce and it was amazing. I had sciatic nerve pain and was going to a chiropractor for it. Bruce felt of my hips and said the right (pain side) was higher than the left and aligned it for me. Instant relief! He is definitely my new masseuse! I look forward to more services here! read more

They charged me $130 for idk what. My hair still needs to be cut and I was there a week ago! Dead ends EVERYWHERE !!! I have another appointment in late march in Wilmington just only three weeks after my terrible day at salon 29:11. These Johnston county women are stuck up and stupid .they need to look at what's popular right now bc they are stuck in their days giving me the worst hair do of my LIFE! I stated I wanted to keep my blonde and she put dark BROWN ALL OVER MY HEAD and still charged me! For what? You can't completely ignore what your client is asking you to do and do your own god awful crap! I moved to Kenly from Florida recently. Only two ladies have cut my hair for the past 25 years, so the search for a new person was challenging.
