This is my third time into this salon. First time my stepson came in for a cut, soon after my son…read morecame in for a trim, this time my stepdaughter is in to fix a terrible bleach job she tried to do herself. First let me start by sayin my son was very happy with his haircut and I quote "that was the fastest and the best cut I've had in a long time" and it was only $10! My stepdaughter came in for an emergency fix. After trying to dye her own hair blonde in one night she not only severely damaged her hair but looked like a candy corn. Blonde on top w different shades of brown towards the bottom. Ellen educated her on what she had done and how hair color works. Then she gave her many options on how we could fix it. Very helpful and I appreciated the fact that she could squeeze us in on a very busy prom Friday and still had the courtesy to educate us. It was all things my stepdaughter needed to hear herself to understand. What we learned. Unless you're educated on how hair color works, especially when going lighter, leave it to the pro's. Unless you don't mind having your hair severely damaged to the point where it needs to be chopped off. Lesson learned for her. A free hair lesson session for me :) All better now.
