Hit or miss. First visit we booked an appointment and waited 1 hour for it to begin. 2nd visit, walked in, sat, and the pedicure started right away. There are no 'good' times. This location is centrally located and running at full tilt often. Add a delicious boba bar next door and this place aims to stay busy. That said, I've gotten 2 of the best pedicures I've ever had. This place is great! Super clean, really nice decor, super nice staff. I made an appointment for noon and while there was a little wait for a nail tech, they set me up in a chair to let my feet soak and relax during the wait instead of just sitting in the lobby. I made two 1030 appointments with Bebe and Kevin. Kevin helped 2 customers who walked in w/out appointments, while I sat there waiting, 90 minutes!! This was not the first time I was left to wait even though I had an appointment. My time is valuable as is the time of every patron. I know Saturdays are busy, so I made sure we were on time for our side by side appointments. While I was soaking off the previous powder and polish, my daughter was being taken care of by Bebe who does a very good job. I noticed a walk-in patron who came in and Kevin did a pedicure, I continued to wait, and then saw that another walk-in patron sat with Kevin, so, I left without getting my nails done. It's a shame, but I still believe we should honor appointments. Everyone should be treated as though their time matters. Its rude to keep patrons with appointments waiting 90 minutes. I have been a customer for 3 years, and referred several of my co-workers to this salon. Repeat customers who support small businesses like this should always be treated as well as any walk-in customer. This was a very disappointing experience. read more

I got a classic pedicure. It was good, I was sensitive to some of the cutting but nothing where I couldn't handle. Soaked, sugar scrub, light massage with lotion and then wrapped in a hot towel. Loved my color but it could definitely have used another top coat. It was so bumpy! They had wine displayed but I think maybe because of covid they don't do that anymore? Not sure. But I don't see anyone with a drink. Came with a friend for some girl time. It was nice and relaxing with Christmas music in the background. Liked that they had gel and regular polish options for all colors. Books and nail swatches available for you to look through. Place looks nice and updated. Massage chairs in new condition. Clean facility. Most people working wore a mask however clients were walking in without one. read more

Love this place! I've been 2 or 3 times for dip powder and false tips and it looks great every time. Last time I went was the first time I got a design and they did pretty good. The stars were a little lopsided and uneven close up but it wasn't too noticeable. Usual dip powder with plain colors is about $60 and with the design it reached $80, which was not a bad price for me. One time I went (maybe on a holiday or something) and they had a deal where if you spent a certain amount they gave customers a little goodie bag with hand scrub and things. I can tell the employees care about the customers. If I could give this place a 4.5 I would! read more

Took a chance on Luxury Nails and Spa because I needed my nails done on a Sunday. Met BeBe and a few others. I talked with waiting returning customers. I happened upon a "gold mine." What a wonderful team. I got my nails done in record time with little wait even though was a walk in. Came back on Wednesday and got my eye lashes done and a pedicure. I lashes look entirely natural. BeBe did an amazing job. I talked with her son about a vision I have for my nails. He got it the first time and feels he can do it. I love this place. Give it a try and I think you will also. Not impressed. Pedicure was great! I have natural nails, guy that did my manicure used the sanding wheel to on my nails causing damage to my nails, had them painted with clear polish, polish came off in less that 12hours. When back for repaint was told it came off because I did not let them dry. read more

I've been several times and my most recent was the best yet. I paid for the upgraded pedicure and Ulissa (not sure how to spell) did a great massage. I went during a holiday weekend this time and they all took their time and I did not feel rushed at all! Definitely recommend making an appointment, even if it will be for the same day. This is THE place to go for pedicures and manicures in this area. Beautiful shop, friendly staff, and VERY REASONABLE PRICES! I live in another town and drive here because it's worth it! I love this shop! Bebe and her team are awesome! I get my nails done and they last a long time with no chipping or lifting. Being a Healthcare worker the lifting is rather important as we're washing our hands quite a bit throughout the day! Her son does awesome pedicures and is very polite! I have noticed when being there that people who wants to walk-in are either given the choice to wait or reschedule with an appointment. Although some gets upset she says this because usually the shop becomes crowded with walk ins and she's either staying after hours to make sure her clients are still getting the best service or to ensure she's within safety guidelines when there were restrictions. She's never rude and is very forth coming! The shop is clean and she and her team disinfects thoroughly. As long as my family and I (military) are in the area I will continue to be a loyal customer!
