I came in on a Saturday early afternoon and it says "Walk-ins Welcome" on the door. I asked if I could get a pedicure and was asked if I could wait 15 minutes. I said sure. I waited and then was called over to the chair. I placed my feet in the water and the worker came over and said they had two appointments and cannot do my pedicure. I wasted thirty minutes waiting when they could've been honest. She didn't offer an available time for me to come back, just said sorry. That was my first and last time going there. I went back into Raleigh and walked into Lee Nails and was serviced immediately and they had more clients than La Belle Nails. I know Saturdays are hectic and Spring has sprung and everyone wants their feet done but everyone can't make appointments for every service every time. read more

I received bad service from the get go. I came in as a new customer. The lady that greeted me had such a bad attitude. My brother in law had made my appointment and instructed that he didn't know what I was going to get done but it was a possible mani & pedi. Once I picked my color the lady said she didn't have time to do my pedicure, that my appointment was set for a manicure only, she then proceded to say there were two appointments coming behind me and that she didn't have the time for me. Mind you, this was after my appointment had been made. She started talking in her native language and then repeatedly say she didn't have time for me. So without a word, I walked out. I am a paying customer and I have worked in customer service and common courtesy is required which she lacked. So no thanks, never coming back again. read more

I LOVE, love, LOVE my nails!!! I have frequent this establishment over the years since moving to Clayton over a decade ago. Always a pleasant experience. Popped in a few months ago, and discovered the establishment is under new management. I had a pedi by Sophia, and mani by Julie. Sophia is the sweetest, very attentive and thorough! Julie is equally sweet, and I can tell she takes great pride in how she applies her master nail skills! Julie suggested I try nail powder dip a few nail sessions ago, and I am sold!!! My nails are much healthier, and they feel much lighter. PLUS, this polish last three weeks or more!! Bonus!!! My only suggestion, make an appointment. I am a new resident of Clayton North Carolina, and I am searching for a nail salon nearby to keep my daily routine of nails and pedicures frequent. I googled nearby salons and decided to call and inquire if they accept walk ins I was told yes and arrived at 10:45 am. on 5/25/2023. My service was as follows a gel mani & pedicure with acrylic on one index toe. I opt to get a regular spa treatment. I was informed that without service, the price. I had not asked the price. The tech that worked on me seemed unaware of his duties and spoke minimal English.i was in his chair from 11-1 pm. I was told he would start my manicure momentarily. At this point, I was alarmed at the amount of time it was taking, considering I was getting the least amount of service. The service and time spent in this salon was not a good experience and was uncomfortable. I'm not going to be doing any walk-ins for a while. read more

Not a bad first experience. My nail tech wasn't too talkative but friendly. My choice to come here was based on a friend's recommendation. It appears that they're functioning on nail appointments only. Also, I was able to acces public WiFi in the plaza. A few things to expect: 1. Wear a mask at all times 2. This place is under new management and the ladies that are managing it are known for their good work at another salon. I think the older reviews should be disregarded. I went in right as they opened and was attended to quickly. First I noticed that they have a great color selection. They carry DND polish which I love! It really stays on well and their gel polish is excellent! I chose a deluxe pedicure which was middle of the road for their options and my pedicure lasted almost an hour! Not sure if this is standard or if it was because I was the only customer at the time, thinking it was the latter but still they spent quality time working on my feet which was wonderful! My only complaint was that my water was a bit cold but that can be fixed. I'll definitely go back! read more

Tried this place out since I saw some nice nail pics on Instagram. Walked in and nobody says hi. The girl in the back with purple hair that's doing nails is so rude. I had a man do my nails but the man kept asking her questions and she would just say we can't do it because I need to get long nails. Don't go if you have short nails and want a design with short nails!!! They weren't helpful at helping me pick out colors that looked like the picture I had. Plus it was expensive and I didn't get what I wanted $75 and no artificial tips! Will never go to this place again! read more

In the last year, I have switched from a very popular nail salon in Garner to La Belle and am so happy that I did. The staff is always so nice and they do a great job of course. At the old nail salon that I would go to, my gel manicure would last 2 weeks if I was lucky. Now my nails have last closer to 3 weeks. read more

First I would like to say when I first went to this salon the staff was all nice and they spoke to me when I first walked into the door the atmosphere was ok but when I went there a week later it was totally different I took my daughter to get her first manicure and pedicure and none of the staff spoke to me or my daughter we arrived there at 4pm and didn't leave until 6pm they act like they didn't want to touch me or my daughter. When she was doing my polish change she left the cotton from the cotton balls still on my nails and then she paint over it and i had to remove it when i got home.Other clients was in there was looking at me and my daughter like what are we doing here the lady that did my eyebrows she was very very rude and didn't do my eyebrows good at all plus she took off my arch ,one eyebrow thick and the other is very thin so now I have to walk around like this for two weeks. But she did her other client eyebrows perfect oh I almost forgot to add she did my eyebrows when my nails was still wet I spent almost 100 dollars in a week time at this salon and they treat their customers like this.They will not be getting my hard earned money anymore. Went in late in the afternoon after work last Thursday. Got taken care of right away. Had pedi and gel on fingernails. No music just small talk with the woman doing my nails. She was very nice, although not relaxing at all. When I got in my car I felt like my nails didn't feel like they normally do. It's been one week. Normally the gel lasts two, but they started peeling about three days after. I have managed to keep it on and will go somewhere else tomorrow after work to get them done again. I hate paying money and not having it last. read more

My mom took my little 4 year old cousin to get her nails done for the first time. Toes are fine but they did something wrong on her hands. All of her finger nails literally came off in solid pieces in less than twelve hours. Last 2 fell off in her sleep. The sad thing is the customer service at this place. When we called and asked, all they could do is blame a 4 year old and that they did nothing wrong. I'm sorry but polish doesn't come off in a complete solid piece. LOVE this nail salon. Having tried many salons in the Clayton area, I can honestly say this is my favorite. The ladies in there are very friendly and welcoming. My mother and I have been going there for about four months now and have been extremely pleased each time. My last manicure from there stayed looking perfectly for a solid month--that has never happened anywhere else. I am very pleased with the prices as well.
