Needed to get my nails done in under an hour and move onto other errands. Question: would regular nail polish or gel be faster - and what would hold up better, I have a full day of wedding shopping and getting ready? Tech: regular polish is faster. So, regular polish we did. At the 45 minute mark we started drying. At one hour, she came to check the polish and full on moved 4 of the fingers polish. I repeated, should we just do gel? No, we just need to let the nail polish dry more. You just need to stay away from hard objects. I said, lets do gel. They said let it dry. I left frustrated and ended up hitting "a hard object" before the wedding. I let it go and just had fun at the celebration. The point....if you need fast and less destructible, go gel.

Went two weeks ago to get a full acrylic set. I'm not sure what they used but it was painful-the…read morenail tech even said to pull my hand out of the light for each nail when it got too painful & then put them back in the light. Those nails only lasted 5 days before one of them (painfully) came off. I went back to get it glued back down. Five days later another nail came off & then a day or two later the first nail that came off came back off, and very painfully cracked my nail. They also had grown out way more than normal in two weeks. Since they looked crazy & I had an event tonight I had to go back and get them fixed. The nail tech today seemed to be in a rush & didn't ask my anything about how I wanted my nails other than color. There is paint around my cuitles and there is essentially no shape to the nails-just kind of blobs. They don't look good but I was charged for a brand new set. So in two weeks I spent $120 (plus the tips) for bad nails, twice.

Megan who braided my hair did an excellent job with my braids and gave me exactly the look I was going for. Everyone was very friendly and i will definitely be going back when I need hair services again.
