Premise: I've had my nails done only a few other times. That being said, my experience was lovely. Not one thing was less than 5 stars! My friend and I came in without reservations (I would assume they take them, but I honestly don't know), and were attended to straight away. Foot baths pronto!! The two technicians who pampered us were friendly, efficient, skilled, and provided a+ service. By efficient I mean they got down to business, but were not rushed, even though it was around closing time. It's expected to get a little massage loving on the feet and lower legs during a pedicure, but the sweet lower arm and hand massage after the gel manicure took me by surprise. Well done ladies, well done! The polish looks wonderful. I would go back here for sure. The service was perfect, prices pretty good based on my limited experience, and the end result excellent. Their lotions and polishes arent even close to naturally based, but honestly... at what salon would one find that? And at what cost? I am perfectly content with their products for my now-and-then pampering sessions thank you very much! I don't like this place. Toes came out good but when it came to nails they really ruined mine and tried to trick me into getting acrylics. Soaked my nails in acetone for over 40 minutes which is not good for your nails! Do better please read more

They are very accommodating to last minute appointments which is true but they did finish a group of 3 ladies that came in after me before they finished me. And I loved at the offered a student discount. But I did have to sit in the salon of an hour and a half which was half an hour after I was supposed to be finished. I got these done a little over a week ago and they are already coming off... I usually wear my nails for about a month. This is very disappointing. read more

I will not be going back to classic after being referred by a friend. My SNS was done half ass and less than 1 week later I'm having chipping. The SNS wasn't even done all the way down to the bottom of my nail as you can see pictures. I am shocked at this review. I have gone to the owner for over nine years and have found this salon superior. I wonder how someone could view all this and leave so quickly. I certainly hope this was not an anti-competitive review. I care very much about cleanliness and my complaint could be that they are always sweeping the floor. Footbaths are always cleaned well and all utensils come out of the sanitizer in clean packs. I want to highly recommend this salon and the friendliness of the staff. read more

I walked out before they could lay hands on me. Too many red flags. First, worn out salon massage chairs with cracked-open foot pads. Second, dirty floors around the chairs. Third, I saw the half-hearted way two different nail techs "cleaned" the foot baths two clients had used - no suds or elbow grease, no removing and cleaning the filter, and wiped down with the same rags used on the clients. Gross! Fourth and the final straw, a tech began to give someone else a pedicure with used tools that came out of a dirty cart (all the carts I saw looked dirty w/dirty bottles and tissues) and NOT OUT OF AN AUTOCLAVE! Came to this salon with my sister - who lives in Raleigh and considers this place her go to. All was well and good until I left the salon and realized that the male nail technician had painted my toenails two completely different colors, and then tried to tell me that they were the same (ridiculous!!!!!!) I should have known, as the woman who he previously had done had left the salon complaining about the service. Instead of offering a refund, they asked me if I wanted them to fix it, but I was in a rush, and there's not a chance I was letting him touch my nails again regardless. Total shame, since the rest of the staff seemed to be great - but I will definitely not be going back. read more

I have been a customer of NOA spa since 2006 and absolutely love my biweekly pedicure! The staff is the friendliest I have seen at a nail spa and the atmosphere is relaxing. The spa is always exceptional clean and the tools and tubs are cleaned after each use. I have had many pedicures and I have always carefully watched how the tools and tubs are handled. Any review stating otherwise is probably written by someone who has either never been in NOA Spa OR has a competing business and are trying to undermine NOA. I guarantee if you visit NOA spa, you will find nothing but friendliness, cleanliness and nice comfortable massage chairs. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! First, they dripped wax on a silk shirt of mine during a lip wax. Then, I thought I'd give them a second chance for a pedicure. I walked in at 6:35pm and they said "so sorry, we're closing." They close at 7pm! And one of their websites states that they close at 7:30pm. So many things wrong here.... read more

I went in for a gel tip nail set with gel polish- a $45 and two week guarantee service. Three days later a nail popped off. I went back and she replaced it quickly and sloppily. Two days later another one popped off, but I was there as they were replacing UV bulbs- which they said was the issue. I was told to come back the next day and it would be redone completely FOR FREE. Since I had to work, I called in and changed the appointment to Monday- Today, and on the phone she said that was completely fine. When I went in, she told me that she would not do them for free and I had to pay $22 for the polish. When I asked her why it was no longer a free service, she told me it was because I didnt come Friday- something that I had never been brought to my attention. After trying to get an explanation as to why a service that I had previously paid for and was done so badly they offered to do it for free and then retracted the offer, I was not given any explaination other than I had to pay (again). This is the ONLY salon I've been to in Raleigh- for over 10 years. I am disgusted that they did not attempt to resolve the issue and that after a promise of a completely free "fix" nothing was resolved and they requested for me to pay an additional fee. I will happily take my business to another salon in Raleigh that is more professional and responsive to customer complaints. read more
