I went back into Raleigh and walked into Lee Nails and was serviced immediately and they had more clients than La Belle Nails. I know Saturdays are hectic and Spring has sprung and everyone wants their feet done but everyone can't make appointments for every service every time.

We returned to have the nails repaired, which understandably should not have required additional charges since the damage occurred within 48 hours and was not caused by us. After some time away, we recently decided to give them another chance because the location is very convenient for us. Sadly, we experienced similar problems again. One of my daughter's nails came off completely, and my own nails began cracking after only a few days. I'm not sure whether the issue is with the products being used or the application process, but the quality has continued to be disappointing. What was most upsetting, however, was the customer service when we returned for repairs. We were met with rude behavior, laughed at, and made to feel like an inconvenience simply for requesting corrections to work that was not done properly in the first place. It was honestly embarrassing for both me and my daughter. In addition, our requests during the appointment were not listened to. I asked for a specific nail shape, which was ignored, and when I politely requested that my tips be smoothed and straightened because several were noticeably slanted, the staff responded with attitude. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but with professionalism and respectful customer service matter. Unfortunately, the rude treatment and dismissive attitude outweighed any convenience this salon offers. Based on our experiences, I can no longer recommend T Nails.

Needed to get my nails done in under an hour and move onto other errands. Question: would regular nail polish or gel be faster - and what would hold up better, I have a full day of wedding shopping and getting ready? Tech: regular polish is faster. So, regular polish we did. At the 45 minute mark we started drying. At one hour, she came to check the polish and full on moved 4 of the fingers polish. I repeated, should we just do gel? No, we just need to let the nail polish dry more. You just need to stay away from hard objects. I said, lets do gel. They said let it dry. I left frustrated and ended up hitting "a hard object" before the wedding. I let it go and just had fun at the celebration. The point....if you need fast and less destructible, go gel.

High school kids were still in school so I'm gonna guess prom really wasn't why they couldn't see me on a Wednesday at 1 pm. I would have been happy to wait .... Disappointed. Surprisingly, the more upscale spa by Harris Teeter was happy to see me- only had a 10 minute wait. Prom didn't keep them too busy to welcome a new customer. This other salon was much more clean and more spacious than Day Dream. The staff were also more friendly and helpful.
