There are puddles of gel polish at the base of my toe nails. To be fair, my feet are rough as they are working in running shoes or boots most of the time. That does not equate to an assault on the cuticles using a tool which may be better at home in the Icelandic Phallic museum than in a technician's hand. I have swollen, sore feet after this attempt at a pedicure. The rippled gel polish will likely start to peel after a week of usual training as it is so pronounced. Please do not do this to your feet. I mentioned the molestation of my feet during and after the event. They scowled at me and giggled at me amongst themselves. I paid and departed as quickly as I was able to do so. The front desk attendee event rushed me as I left a cash tip at the technician's station.

I called today to see if they could help me and the lady on the phone made me feel horrible. She told me to speak up next time, that I chose the color, and that it would take like 30 min and that they were all booked. I hate the nails I paid for. Now I am stuck with them for weeks. I just want them off and to never go back. Usually this is a great place but this experience will have me finding a new place.

I was dad to learn that my regular tech left before Thanksgiving. The owner and one other tech was working. As usual, I was able to get right in. I requested a manicure with regular polish. It was ok, nothing special. The massage was minimal. I've gotten regular manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, and waxes at this salon for the past year and a half, but when it came time to pay, I nearly had a heart attack. Eye brow wax went from $12 to $15- that I can understand. But a manicure with regular polish (that's been sitting there for quite some time) went from $25 to $35!!!! The manicure was NOT worth $35. Sadly, I won't be back to overpay for a mediocre manicure. The owner is sweet and I wish her well, but those prices are North Hills prices, not Fuquay.

I recently went to Le Nails to get a full set put on by the gentleman in the shop. Not even 5 days…read morelater, the nails are lifting and the acrylic is lumpy and crumbing. They look AWFUL. I called yesterday and was told to come in and they would repair the set. Upon arrival, I was told $10 to fix the nails, which I agreed to. The gentleman, that put on the full set, spoke to the lady that was working with me and she then told me that it would be $15 just to fix the 2 nails that were lifted. I was very disappointed and left to go somewhere else. I will not be returning to Le Nails nor would I recommend them to anyone. Update: I had a nail pop off before I even made it to the other shop.
