Went in with a group of four, two men and two women, for pedicures and we all had a good time. Staff were friendly and easy to work with. They set a timer for the leg message which I actually like because the you KNOW they are actually paying attention to how long they are working, not just messaging for a minute and stopping. They did an excellent job, we all felt relaxed and pampered by the end. The interior was clean, seats comfortable, music wasn't too loud, everything looks new, and the nail polish selection was great.

They were very understanding and said "Feel better, and we'll see you soon!" I came in the next day right around opening for a polish change. I had a short wait before a technician was available and was seated in a comfy chair. My technician was very focused and kind. I was done and out within about 20 minutes. The salon is beautiful inside and has lots of parking available. I look forward to coming back in the future to try out more services.

He did not push my cuticles back so they are all over the place and mess, the acrylic is not fully on my nails, the paint is sloppy and my nails are uneven. It was rushed & he put minimal effort. He just guessed a total & charged $55. I guess you get what you pay for. 1/10 recommend don't go there unless you want sloppy nails.

A customer in a chair waiting (the only one actually waiting) said "their lazy" - I think she was right! High school kids were still in school so I'm gonna guess prom really wasn't why they couldn't see me on a Wednesday at 1 pm. I would have been happy to wait .... Disappointed. Surprisingly, the more upscale spa by Harris Teeter was happy to see me- only had a 10 minute wait. Prom didn't keep them too busy to welcome a new customer. This other salon was much more clean and more spacious than Day Dream. The staff were also more friendly and helpful.

First off, they were so distracted by the World Cup game and she tried to paint my UNCUT toenails. I asked politely if she could please cut them. She told me that she did cut them, but she didn't. Secondly, another other nail technician got involved and tried to say she did cut my nails. Like you weren't involved or you weren't paying attention because you were also watching the World Cup game you don't know if she cut or did not cut my toenails. Please stop trying to gaslight me. I can tell you I was paying attention to the things happening to my own feet and also I have eyes and can see that my nails were not cut. I get how big the World Cup. Trust me, all I hear about it in my own home from my husband. But, it's extremely frustrating to pay 70+ dollars for a basic gel pedicure.
