I feel they weren't ready, for me I had an appointment. The Nurse who did the Iv, carried everything in to my room in her arms, so it wasn't prepped and ready on a tray ahead of time. First of all, I got to my appointment on time, and her friend who also works at the salon asked for a quick blowout, so she took her and wasted 10 minutes of my appointment. Secondly, I have naturally curly hair and blow dried it but my roots curled up as usual. She spent 10-15 minutes lecturing me about how my hair isn't properly blow dried, and that she can't work on it. I had also brought extensions THAT WERE ALREADY STRAIGHTENED. She told me to pick another hairstyle that "would take less time." So in the end, I had to change my hairstyle, she put TWO pieces of extensions in, and my hair fell out in maybe an hour. When I asked around about her a few days later, I found out a bunch of other girls had a similar experience, specifically with her rude service. Definitely never coming here again, or reccomending her to anyone.

I arrived at 8:45 am and was welcomed by receptionist and informed her that this was my first time ever having microneedling. She reassured me that I made a great decision. I was then taken into a room for pictures of my skin. After the pictures I was taken to the procedure room and did my medical assessment by zoom with the physician assistant. After being cleared the receptionist brought me a bottle water and advised me that Perla had just arrived and she would be in momentarily to go over everything. I waited less than 5 minutes and Perla came in and we had a great conversation about what I wanted to achieve with my skin and my problem areas. Perla then put numbing cream on my face and advised that she would leave it on for 15 minutes. I was really impressed because every question I had about the process she answered and explained everything step by step. After the numbing cream she cleaned my face and put on an astringent and began microneedling. I thought it was going to be painful and that I was going to bleed. It actually tickles in some areas of the face and neck but I did have a little discomfort on the forehead and nose area. After it was over Perla did show me the areas that I had some redness but stated that would go away within a few days. Perla also advised me to use tinted sunscreen and gave me her recommendations on how to care for my skin. I immediately seen a difference and will be scheduling another appointment in 6 weeks for another session. I was really satisfied and highly impressed! Oh! I almost forgot after my service was over I was trying to redeem my Groupon deal and the Groupon site was having problems. I tried to access it several times and the receptionist tried on her end to access the site and nothing was happening. After 20 minutes the receptionist inquired if I would allow her to stay logged into my Groupon and she would take care of it and call me once the payment cleared. I felt bad for leaving unsure about the payment because I had never used Groupon and wanted to make sure that the business was paid for my services. About 10 minutes after I left I received a call from the receptionist that the website was up and running and she was able to redeem the Groupon payment. This was a bonus for me that I patronized an excellent business! I will definitely be back for future services! Thank you Bare Skin Beauty! You're wonderful!

I was using the address listed on the Groupon to find the location, but it was not complete. The business was located within another store front. I drove all over the strip mall trying to find this place. I eventually found another brow place in the same mall. When I went inside and sat down, but it wasn't Brown & Esthetics. I got back in my car and tried to call to let her know I was lost but I could only get a voice mail. On the voice mail it said they were in the same location as Med Spa. Due to all the running around I was 10 min late for my appointment. She was gone after only 10 min. I tried to call again from the lobby and once I got in my car. She finally called me back and I was told she only gives clients 10 min. I confirmed my appointment 3 times via text message and 1 time on email. It isn't my fault that the address wasn't listed correctly on the Groupon. I even texted her a copy of the address listed because she said there wasn't an error on Groupon. I wanted to try brow tinting for quite some time. I have very little eyebrows. With the Groupon this would have allowed me to get them done. I'm very disappointed with the whole process.

I shopped at Ulta Beauty on 5/29/26 and was disappointed with my checkout experience. During checkout, Maddison scanned my items after I had already entered my loyalty number. I then presented my phone with my birthday coupon from the Ulta app, which included a birthday offer and an additional $10 off purchase promotion. Maddison immediately told me that the coupon would not apply to my items. Because I was certain the offer was valid, I pulled up the in-store QR code from my app and asked her to scan it. Once she scanned the code, the discount applied successfully. At that point, there was no acknowledgment that the information she had provided was incorrect, no apology, and not even a simple "Happy Birthday," despite the offer clearly being tied to my birthday rewards. While I ultimately received the discount I was entitled to, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of customer service I expect. Mistakes happen, but a brief acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way toward making the experience feel more positive.
