My request was for her to refund my money so that I could get it corrected by my stylist who works in the same salon. She begrudgingly agreed to refund only $95 as long as I didn't post any negative reviews or slander her name. I'm sorry but, telling the truth about services provided is not slander. She was so knowledgeable about cutting hair and in general all that came to taking care of my hair. I was impressed by the products she uses, the results, and how cute the salon is. I enjoyed coming in and immediately being helped with no need to talk to a receptionist. I also was very impressed about little things that she did while cutting my hair since apparently my hair was cut shorter on one side!!! Last But Definitely Not Least, She LISTENED. I love the atmosphere. Kris did my hair. She listened exactly to what I wanted and gave advice also. She came in on Labor Day to give my friend and I a cut even though the shop itself was closed. Not to mention her cute dog kept us company! I'm not sure what their regular pricing is outside of the groupon, but I would definitely recommend Kris and hope to make her my new stylist.

Not only did she execute the style perfectly, but her attention to detail was next level and every braid was neat, consistent, and beautifully done. I also appreciated how gentle she was throughout the process. Braiding can sometimes be uncomfortable, but she made sure I was okay the entire time.
