Casey was such a sweet treasure of a soul. She took the time to get to know me, my needs, my personal preference and she listened without judgment!! I have been struggling with hair loss for many years and I also have thin gray hair! I brought my own shampoo and conditioner, Casey was so respectful and fairly knowledgeable about the challenges of gray hair and hair loss. These professionals may be great, but having an easy way to book will get more clients. In this day and age, the instantaneous booking is the bar and this place doesn't meet it.
