I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair, everywhere I went someone commented on my hair. They told me how healthy and beautiful it looked. Stylist Makayla completely ruined my hair and I was refused a refund from the owner. Paid $360 for highlights I never asked for, left with streaky brown and blonde stripes throughout my hair when I wanted all over blonde. Took 6 hours and now if I want to go get my hair fixed by a reputable stylist I will have to pay more and it'll be a huge pain because the artist will have to painstakingly pick out the brown streaks and only bleach those. Also got the most horrible hack job of a haircut. Even after extensive back and forth with owner, she wouldn't give me back a dime. Horrible place, zero integrity. DO NOT come here, you'll be gambling a lot of money. Will post what I wanted vs what I got. read more

What a Godsend this place is. I'm new to East County and I have already been to another stylist out here who chopped my very long thick hair into a layered mullet when I asked for "long" layers. I've been growing my hair ever since and was super nervous and traumatized to cut it again but I knew it needed something. I booked a "haircut" with Savannah (the owner) and let me just say her consultation was top tier. She asked me what I wanted and I asked her if I needed to refresh my already botched layers (nervous about having to cut off all my hard work of grow out) bc I like the long mermaid hair look and didn't want to have to start all over, and she said no. She gave it to me straight. She told me exactly what needed to be done to save my long hair and I respect her so much for that. She could have easily not taken the time with me and just chop away at my hair bc I thought that would make it blend better. Instead, she pointed out that my layers were cut too far back into my hair from the previous lady and she didn't want to do more damage by cutting into them and to just let them continue to grow out so she can fix them later or my hair can just be one pretty length. She DRY CUTS which I love bc she can actually see what's being taken off instead of chopping away. She literally took an inch off the very bottom so it won't be split when it continues to grow. After a trim, wash, and style it was def refreshed and I still had my long hair that's taken forever to grow. I could seriously cry read more

Recently came here I like it because the price I got the first time for a full color and loved it but as I came second time for one she post in her instagram I had box die when I didn't, I been with my stylist from diesel salon and she's amazing just super busy, so I came back and I told her I wanted to get rid of the Orange that started to show again in my hair because I was previously ginger and been doing all over color brown so basically a touch up but I also mentioned I wanted some dimension, so what she did is cut the ends which I hate it because I didn't want to cut any length I been working hard to grown my hair, and she said she will just do a dusting and she cut about 2-3 inches just to get rid of my Orange tips instead of colouring it and then she proceeded to just put foils for the dimension, no bleach or anything because I specify I didn't want it and if it was best just to do one hair color all over, after 20 min of leaving the foils in we go to rinse and tell me why my hair looks the same I ignored it and still mentioned that I didn't want any of the Orange and she said that next time I come I could just do all one color, we go to check out in no moment she mentioned pricing or anything I put my card in and I HAVE to ask how much, this girl said 250 for one she cut my hair and way shorter second she left me the same and claimed that baby lights are expensive but I didn't got bleach or anything and the process of her putting the foils and letting them sit for 20 min and rinsing then styling like I'm mad I look the same and pay 250 for nothing and got my hair short and for the cherry on top she posted again on instagram box dye hair in the before picture like is she okay I literally came back from when she did my hair the first time and just saw on her instagram that day that that's the second time she has said box dye when I don't u don't need to lie courney I just wish I didn't came here and wasted my money and time and got my hair cut when I didn't want it read more
