I've come here a few times to get my hair cut and it's honestly one of the few places that offers layered "wolf cut" styles without charging a crazy price. They do a really nice job with texture and shaping. My younger brother also comes here and always leaves happy with his haircut, which says a lot. The only downside is the pricing can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes his haircut is one price and other times it's higher, which can be a bit confusing. Terrible experience. I was quoted 55$ for a simple wash cut and style, I called beforehand. I did let them know I have long hair. I showed the hair dresser a picture of what I wanted and she cut it way shorter than expected and did not achieve the look I was wanting at all. When it came time to pay I was told it was going to be 100$, not including tip. I was utterly confused because I wasn't told of any add on prices for anything. If I had known it was going to be 100$ I would have gone elsewhere. The hair dresser was accusatory and rude to me instead of taking any accountability. The owner said I could just pay 75$ as was listed for the service on a small sign in the store (again not the price I was told over the phone) and to not have to continue to argue with the unprofessional staff I paid it. They got a new stylist and she is amazing. I had been getting the occasional bad cut elsewhere and I came to Imor to get a fresh new good cut. My usual lady was busy but they had a new stylist named Kim who was free. I told her my concerns with my overall look being too round after cuts and how my hair doesn't look right some time after a new cut. She really listened to me and took extra care to give me a high quality hair cut. I loved the look so much I was telling anyone who would listen about her. I had a green balayage that I was ready to change and Irma took out the color COMPLETELY and helped me turn it this fiery orange! You can't even tell what my hair looked like before(before and after pics below!). It took a long time but the time and cost was worth it and all the salon women were great to be around too, muy amables! I still have to add some more color but I'm glad I came to Irma for the bleaching process because it already makes me look amazing and she gave me more tips on hair care!! I will be coming back!
