Hi Lissette, Thank you for the refund and for your opinion. I shaved my hair because I visited other stylists who said there was nothing they could do. I even paid to get it toned a darker color to try to blend the roots and it wouldn't even hold because of how porous it was. Even you said it would turn green if we tried any color darker so I don't understand the point. Nevertheless it's still no excuse for how crooked it was. I even went to a barber to get the cut I wanted but even they told me it look bad in the back because of how uneven the color was. I appreciate how nice you were, that's why I tipped you. When I came back for my phone charger I had my friend go in to get it because I didn't feel comfortable going back in after you rushed me out. No one could help how you left it, not even you. If you're looking for an amazing cut & color then look no more!! This place is absolutely amazing! Blanca saved my hair from disaster and I couldn't be more thankful! The picture on the left was when I first came to Blanca. I told her I wanted to go platinum and right off the bat she told me that if I wanted to go platinum I would have to do multiple sessions because my hair was already damaged from the previous botched bleached hair from another stylist. Blanca wanted to strip all the box color I had prior safely without causing too much damage to my hair. I've been looking for a hairstylist for a while and wanted to have someone close by to where I live. I'm the type of person that wants to get up and go get a haircut without having to schedule an appointment days in advance. Terrible, I know. I called around and got really lucky to be able to get in within the hour at this salon. They don't do that all the time and I got really lucky. I got to the hair salon and Blanca was the one who did my hair. She was super nice and very friendly. We talked while she was doing my hair. I explained to her that my hair was boring and out of control. I just needed a change. She washed my hair and it was nice. She didn't pull my hair or anything. She explained to me how my type of hair will do this if I cut it too short or thin it too much. We decided to do layers and some thinning with side swept bangs. My hair turned out amazing and I think it was only less than an hour. I was talking to Blanca about what I wanted to do with my hair eventually. Balayage and a keratin treatment. I didn't know that she was the owner because she was so nice and humble. I recommend coming here. It's a cute little salon with 4 hairstylists and they all seemed nice. read more

Sandy is the BEST! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I've been going to Sandy for over two years now, and she has always done great work, and because she's well established, always offers the same great prices! It took me quite some time to find someone like Sandy, as I always ran into hairdressers who were unreliable and cancelled appointments (while I'm driving there already, mind you) OR ones who are just starting off and raise their prices significantly as they build clientele. I found Sandy on Yelp, and she answered the phone ON HER DAY OFF and I explained to her that my hair was a MESS from being in Hawaii for two weeks. The weather and water did so much damage and I wanted to get it done before I went back to work the next day. She gladly opened up her shop for me even though they were originally closed! Since then, I've been a major fan! Sandy is professional and funny, and I always enjoy getting my hair done. When I can't make it on weekends or after works, she even gives me a cut and style during my lunch hour (which is a big deal to me since I have two crazy kids and husband that keep me busy most of the time). The Corner Salon has a second gem that surely warrants accolades, as well. Lisa is the salon's nail technician who does an incredible job. First of all, it's so refreshing to have some one start with a consultation that not only asks what you want, but she thoroughly explains how they will look when they are done. She explained how the drilling was damaging my real nails and then proceeded to work on my nails with just Emory boards.
