On this call I asked if they curl hair and the receptionist told me they do and I said awesome and she said would you like a blow dry and I said do you think my curls will hold better and she said yes and so I said ok yes ma'am and proceeded to give her my card information to hold my spot and that was it. Well, upon arriving, nobody greeted me. Nobody was the front for 5 minutes or so no big deal. I went to sit down and noticed tons of dog hair all over the couch so I opted for the hairless couch. When the receptionist came over , she asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, to get my hair curled and she said we don't do that I was absolutely shocked because why am I here??! I proceeded to remind her verbatim of our call and she went to get another female and that female, Im assume shes a stylist but she never said who she was. She came and stared me down as she's walking up to these couches and she says whats the problem and again I reiterated my phone call to her and the receptionist LIED, ABSOLUTELY LIED TO HER BOSS and said she remembered the call and that she told me that the only stylist this day of my appointment uses a brush to create curls!!!! What in the world?!?! First and most importantly she NEVER said anything about a brush that curls being my only curling option! 2nd, a brush for curls? Really? Absolutely not. So the lady who never introduced herself said that she's worked with the receptionist for 3 years and im telling her she lied? I said, ABSOLUTELY SHE LIED. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't believe me and to get up and leave!!!! Think critically for a second: why would I waste my gas time money and effort to go so far if i knew I wasn't getting what I asked for and needed?? Theres absolutely zero benefit for me in any of this. What an absolute disgrace to run a business in such a way that you call a customer a liar and kick them out! I did leave and I will NEVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND SUCH A DISHONEST AND DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONORABLE SALON! Thankfully and shout out to me to salon for getting me in 15 minutes later and doing an excellent job! Integrity matters and that receptionist could have done the RIGHT thing because people make mistakes but she didn't. Very cowardly and absolutely unprofessional. There are wayyyyyyy better salon options! Note- if I could give them a negative number review I would! Zero stars for me!

It looked great. I told him it looked perfect that my hair has never looked so good. It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted my super thick hair thinned and not choppy. He then says he's going to make it "perfect." Im really confused because I just told him it looked perfect but I trusted him to just do some last minute trimming. Well next thing I know half my hair is gone. I'm in shock I said I wish you hadn't done that; tried to look on the bright side and think of how it'll always grow back. I paid, ran out the door and have been crying ever since. I don't see any layers left. I have short bangs and half my hair chopped off. It feels thicker on the ends than when I started. It is literally a nightmare. I cannot put my hair up in a bun anymore without a hair tie because it's so bluntly cut on the ends. Wish I never went in, I'll have to wait a year for it to all grow out. In the meantime I have to spend extra time to get extensions put in. The reason I'm writing this is because had he stopped and just done what I had asked i would have been really enjoying this hair cut. I can't go back and fix it but I do hope Lucas reads this and starts actually listening to his customers so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Common courtesy dictates that you do not book and confirm appointments for someone whom you do not employee. Another client in the salon said they had treated her the same way the week prior. Another stylist offered to fit me in his schedule. I had to wait an hour past my appointment time and then unfortunately got a haircut that did not workout for my hair. This stylist was very apologetic but did not have the required time to do anything but a rushed job. The front desk person came just short of calling me a liar about the appointment until I showed her my phone messages. The salon manager never apologized during our telephone conversations. She only wanted to make sure I would wait the hour to have a haircut. It did not take long for this lash place to ruin a nice hair salon. It is evident that hair is not a priority anymore.

I called this morning to get a haircut and blowout and they were able to fit me in with Kayla, who I have seen multiple times. I appreciated the fact that they were able to accommodate me, as I have a last minute event to go to this weekend. I felt compelled to write a 5 star review today because of the 2 amazing experiences I have had here. About 4 months ago, I came in for a much-needed haircut with my 4 month old. I had made it clear that I needed to bring him with me, and they reassured me that it was absolutely fine. When I arrived, the owner herself offered to hold my son for me while I got my hair washed, cut, and blown out. Incredible. Today, similar experience. I told the woman who made my appointment that I had to bring my son with me, and once again, one of the staff happily walked around and kept my now 8 month old son content and occupied while I got my hair done. Kayla is so sweet, personable, and an amazing hair stylist. She listens to what her clients ask for and executes it well. Shoutout to Angela and the sweet girl at the front desk who have loved on my sweet boy while I have gotten some much needed r&r the last two visits. Can't thank you guys enough!
