Being an cycling addict reminiscing of the good old days... let's start with inventory it's all high end and curated to the ride. To be honest most of the components I would have handpicked myself. Nothing is invincible at a certain point but hands down fox factory lasts for years. The shop utilizes a compact showroom design with a space off the side for mechanics. Despite the compact showroom they have everything from high end mountain bikes to high end road/gravel bikes to high end e-bikes(mtb/road/comfort & hybrid). Bikes for all ages, sizes and riders! They have high quality apparel and protectives as well as decent discount on some inventory too. Nutrition and maintenance needs. The shop staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. By the engagement and tidiness of the shop, I can tell they have a deep understanding of rider needs and the equipment associated with cycling, competitive and recreational. Being a busy shop I'd expect turnaround times to be fair/moderate on repairs/upgrade/maintenance. I didn't take too much of a look at the service board but I would expect price point is going to be higher, from the shop overhead/location, but judging from the mix of bikes/gear and the knowledge/experience of the employees, I'd say that the mechanics side would meet or exceed my standards (which are pretty high) when it comes to care and attention to detail. Had the opportunity to talk shortly with the owner Dave, he is humble and very personable, a good guy with years of experience in the sport, notices how the small things play a big role in the ride. This is a great stop especially if your a dedicated cyclist. Not to mention close to local freeway and shopping centers.

Trevor and this shop is the best. I walked in looking to test ride a Roubaix. After five test rides later I was able to confidently purchase my bike. Ended up with an Aethos and couldn't be happier. I spent close to 3 hrs within two visits speaking with Trevor and the rest of the team. Everything was fully explained: benefits, needs, expectations, options, and even level advice. They answered every question I had with respect and pure enjoyment for bikes. Helpful when I feel amateur in technical-savvy information. Truly recommend this shop. You'll be taken care of.

Shout out to these guys and the bike mechanic. I had gone in and mentioned I had a Rad Wagon with 6…read morespokes missing. They mentioned they could do it for $45 since I already had the hard to find spokes in a weird size. So I brought my Rad Wagon in to get the spokes replaced on the rear hub. I had the spokes and was planning to do it myself but took it in to save time. It came time to pay and it was $125. I mentioned they quoted $45. They mentioned they replaced and re laced every spoke and trued it up. I really appreciate they honored the $45 originally quoted even though they rebuilt the wheel and every spoke instead of the 6 old broken spokes. It rides perfect and is trued up. The sign of a solid wheel builder and mechanic that knows what they are doing. I gave them the new odd length spokes in case anyone has rad wagon that needs spokes. I have already recommended them to two other friends that have Rad bikes and will recommend to my other buddies that have other e bikes that need service. They also have some of the nicest Pivot e mtn bikes on the market for great discounts. The mechanic even said to bring it in after riding 100 miles and he would true up and tighten so it was set for another fee thousand miles like what I have on it. Thanks guys.

Even though they were open later than all the bike shops in the surrounding area. While I was there, I ended up having a conversation how I just got done rebuilding my fox 38 Fork and was having issues with the rebound. And after explaining everything, the guy said sounds like you don't have enough oil in the damper. I was able to make the repair in about an hour and sure enough that guy nailed it and help me fix the problem. If I ever need service on my mountain bike that I can't repair myself, I will be taking it to this shop and I recommend you take your bike here. Top notch service and expertise which is not common for shops here along the coastal region.
