CHRISTIAN helped get my phone back to life for MUCH cheaper than buying a new phone - even much cheaper than a used or refurbished phone and it was done within 90 minutes. They figured out what the problem MOST LIKELY was and quoted a repair price. Best part- the diagnosis was free. If they find more damage and the repair cost quote increased, they just call you to see if you want to go ahead with the repair anyway. If not ... no charge at all. Dropped the phone off with them and 90 minutes later - it was all set-at the agreed upon quote. Very pleased with service. Would definitely use them again. read more

Set an appointment through Samsung for 6pm, when I showed up (on time) they said it was too late for them to check my phone even though they were open for another hour and I was able to set an appointment. read more

Christian, the manager has been fabulous. He led me through the whole process, and when I arrived this morning, and the insurance company had accidentally canceled my claim, he walked me through fixing the whole thing. Staff is extremely helpful, kind, and professional. They finished the job early, and they did great work. read more

My charger got broken and jammed in my iPad. They were going to charge me $80.00 or $40.00 to join their club and $30.00 on top. The guy I spoke with wasn't even nice about it. I had been there once before and spoke with someone nice who didn't even charge me. I went down the street and found a place (I'll be polite and not mention the name} that was friendly and charged me $20.00. It might sound high, but it was quite jammed and much less than $80.00. read more

Always great service! Dev was wonderful. Fair prices, smart, kind and professional employees, quick fixes. Thank you!! read more

Broke my screen earlier today and wasn't sure how fast it would take. Called them and they said if I got there before 5, I'd have it before they closed. They fixed my screen and replaced my battery. Such helpful, nice guys. I'll come back again if I ever need them, hopefully not though. THANK YOU!!! read more

I brought in my Mac because the camera stopped working. Was told I needed to buy a new screen for $1000. Declined to do that. When I had my son look at it, he Googled "how to fix camera on Mac" and he had it up and running in five minutes. I should give him the $1000. read more

Promt and excellent service. Phone was repaired within 2 hours. I used this place several times and never disappoints.

Highly recommend this location to repair a broken phone screen! Mine was literally demolished, I thought there was no way they'd be able to fix the damage. They pulled through and brought my phone back to new, in only an hour! Great service as well. read more

Went to the Stamford location . A young man named Gerson helped me instantly, fix my iPhone charging issue . I highly recommend. Thank again read more

Would leave this place no stars if I could. I took it here to get a quote to see if it would be any less money than Apple. The guy told me it would be $260. I was super happy. When I came back the manager told me that it would be $500 and there was no way someone could have told me it was $270. I said I'm not paying for it then and I want my old screen back on. A few days later the manager calls me and says I can pick it up for $300 now "to make things right". Everything worked fine for a few days until it started acting up again. The manager was extremely rude about it and told me it wasn't covered under their warranty. It made no sense. DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY SKETCHY. read more

I used my Asurion insurance to replace a cracked screen on my iPhone 8. They sent me to this store in Stamford. A bit of a drive for me but well worth it! These guys were so efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Especially Christian - very nice guy. I waited for my repair so I got to witness them take a lot of walk-in customers. These guys are great. They greet you the minute you walk in and both are very helpful. I watched them take care of an older woman and all I can say is these guys are gentlemen and kind. I highly recommend this store at 123 High Ridge Rd., Stamford, CT. read more

Expedient, kind, and professional service. Highly recommend for all electronic repairs. Thank you

The fix it process was easy and professional. It didn't take long to fix broken iPhone screen.

This place is a SCAM !!!! I came in with a Nintendo switch hoping to get the problem resolved . After this place had my Nintendo for almost a month ! I picked it up , the issue was not resolved and now the Nintendo has another problem with the charger port that fix it is trying to blame me for ! I lost the charger to the Nintendo switch and whatever power was left to the switch was because fix it charged it ! This place is HORRIBLE! This is how they make their money !! Not to mention on the receipt it says it's a one year warranty if something happens to the device but it is not true ! I'm thinking about getting an attorney involved ! read more

A great experience from start to finish. Work was completed ahead of time and the young man who took care of me, Dev S, was courteous and positive in my time there. Definitely recommend this store to anyone seeking tech support. read more

Didn't back up a faulty iPhone screen "repair" in which the screen came loose from the housing within a week and promptly cracked. Blamed me. The whole point of their business is to discount their "service" in exchange for buying an Assurion Home Plus insurance policy that covers "cracked screens, drops, spills on portable devices" (directly quoted from their propaganda) but as I found out after telling uBreakiFix about the faulty repair, conveniently excludes cell phones. This place appears to be, despite the attractive pricing, an unfortunate scam. Beware. read more

Don't use!!!!! Horrible. Wasted my time. So rude. I don't want to waste more time writing about how bad. Don't use this store.

Very easy to work with - I brought in two items for repair - one easy console problem and then a harder drone repair. They had my console up and running in a couple of days. We didn't end up fixing the drone due to the amount of damage but they recommended a a few alternatives for me to look at. read more

I don't post a lot of reviews(3 a year maybe) but the service i got from UBreak was really amazing, professional, impressive and reasonable. Jamal was polite, professional, and took all kinds of time explaining my repair options and the way the company works. Two hours later, I had an email saying "your iphone screen is replaced...come get it anytime," well ahead of schedule. Terrific source of tech support...just walk in and get started read more

took my laptop to get fixed, got a call back the next day and I was told it was the battery. I replaced the battery and it cost me around $179.00+ tax , expensive but it worked . A week later I went back with my sons laptop that is the same make and model as mine with the same issue . got a call back the next day and the tech guy said it was the battery, I asked how much and was told it was $250 + tax. I asked why the cost to fix the same issue was so much more one week later and I got no explanation. Well, I picked my laptop up, didn't fix it and will never return. read more

Disappointing. Not sure if results of COVID or not but the attitude of the guy who spoke with me was very nonchalant & cavalier.. and who is able to manage 3 whole days without their computer in these Corona days?? My livelihood is in this thing. Oh well guess I have to go somewhere else :( read more

Great service, very friendly and professional staff, and a quick turnaround time on evaluating and diagnosing the trouble with a large, complicated, and unusual toy I brought in. Unfortunately for me, the parts needed for the repair simply aren't available, but they tried quite diligently to find any, and there just wasn't anything they could do. I'll happily return next time I've got an on/off switch that isn't producing a reaction. read more
