I broke my OnePlus 13 and couldn't find anywhere to get it fixed. A coworker told about this place and they ordered the screen and had it done in a day. It took a total of 4 days but I believe it would have been sooner if the part didn't need to be ordered. A couple of weeks after getting the phone repaired, I brought my Xbox series X in for a cleaning. A bit pricey but what isn't nowadays. Customer service is on point here. I feel like they really want to take of the customers here. I would recommend this place to anyone needing their professional service. read more

It seems the reviews are either ??dubious ?? 5 star reviews or 1 star. I called for an estimate to get the battery replaced on my iPhone 14 pro and was quoted $450... WHAT??? but if yo blah blah blah.. No thanks... Apple do it for $99 Obviously this company is doing something right if they're still open. Feels a little scammy though. I'll go for Apple read more

After being referred by my phone provider, I stopped in to get my phone repaired. The representative was very helpful, he actually listened to my issue and offered me the best solution without having to spend too much time and money. So happy to know there is a local repair shop nearby! read more

uBringIBreak - Worst Experience Ever at the Napa Location I walked into the uBreakiFix Napa store -- or as it should honestly be called, uBringIBreak -- and was immediately greeted by a staff member who was literally sleeping in the store. Not exactly a confidence‑builder. Before even looking at my phone, he announced that any device under warranty is "impossible" to work on. No diagnostics, no questions, nothing. When he finally did look at the phone, he used his fingernails to scratch at a corner of the device and then claimed it was "damaged." Completely unprofessional and careless. Trying to speak to a manager was another adventure. They're apparently "usually not available," and I was told to maybe come back in an hour if the manager returned. If the manager finally shows up, he would repeat the same line: "the device is damaged," followed by an outrageously expensive out‑of‑pocket estimate. My advice: If your device is under warranty, do not take it to this location. You're better off going literally anywhere else if you want your warranty respected and your device treated properly. read more

$250 for a diagnostic? All I wanted was a price to check why the laptop will not boot up! Just report out. Then the surly, Dude goes into club membership and payment arrangements. WTH!! Have had work done this outfit prior to Asurion. Good work by them in Claremont, Fla. Napa feels like a ripoff read more

Quoted $420 to replace the back panel on a base iPhone 14. Apple's published price for that repair is $169, because the standard 14 has a removable back glass designed for exactly this fix. That's a markup of two and a half times over the manufacturer using genuine parts. When I came back to give them a chance to correct it, I was brushed off and told to go to Apple. No explanation, no interest in keeping a customer. Do yourself a favor and check Apple's repair estimator before you sign off on anything at this shop. read more

Noah was able to help me solve my issues, which had resulted from moving, switching ISPs, going through a legal name change, upgrading to an iPhone 17, and more. Thank you, Noah! You are the best! read more

Great customer service! I called on Wednesday to let them know. I filed the claim but we didn't get in till Thursday. It was the last screen they had but they said they would hold it. Thursday came and it was pretty chaotic so I asked if they would mind waiting till Friday and they did. I was so grateful because I've been waiting for like six weeks for a new screen for the 17 Pro. When I dropped it off, they said it would be 90 minutes and it was ready when I got back would highly recommend! Insurance covered so it was worth waiting! read more

Edit: Upon calling in and explaining my plight, the company will be refunding me $50 of my $150. Microsofts warranty duration on a refurbished model I found out through them, is only 90 days. 3 Stars to the gentleman on the phone who went over this with me, since he was also the one who took my Xbox in to begin with. I apologize if you were having an off day my guy, though please communicate with your customers a bit deeper when it regards their item(s) self evaluations and commute time. 1 star to Microsoft for still being a sh*t company that doesn't state these simple things ahead of time. ------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: If you're trying to get your Xbox fixed and it needs a motherboard, don't even try it. I am a high level tech, who was unaware that this company does not supply the part. I told them I beleived it to be my mobo, they did not say much, aside from, we'll get it fixed. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic, then called me back to tell me there's no refund, because they don't have the part, because the system is out of warranty?... Microsoft sends you to these guys as the only local drop off point. They do not supply mobos for self repair. Your only option is spending $300, mailing it in & getting a refurbished model back. read more

I have never been compelled to write a review on yelp until doing business with uBreakifix. I brought in my PS5 which wasn't turning on and long story short I was charged just shy of $300 to be told that "it's broken" and then when I asked what was wrong the gentleman couldn't tell me. He said that the person who worked on it didn't leave any notes and that they weren't on shift. He then asked if I would like their phone number to call back tomorrow to ask what's wrong and he grabbed a sticky note looked for a pen and proceeded to tell me "ah, I can't find a pen" and then just blank stared at me... so I walked out of the store. What a joke! I will never do business here again. And I hope this review steers anyone else from ever doing business here as well. read more

Wonderful service and a great value. Fixed my IPhone in 15 minutes! So glad to have them here in Napa

service was good , put my laptop screen protector put by them , they were quick with it and left it good

They don't help you at all. When you arrive and it is someone that doesn't dress normally, they hide in the back, and when you tell them to come out, they do so with an attitude. They even don't know how to fix anything and just give advice in a complicated way. These dicks should be shut down, read more

Highly recommend Jader he was my technician he was easy going super quick. He definitely knows what he's doing. So far the phone is working great no issues. I loved how this company comes straight to your door. Best service . Thanks ! read more

Absolutely useless. I brought in an external hard drive that was no longer powering on. After a week, I called to check in and their answer was "it's not powering on." Sooooo, they asked if they could take the drives out and try them in a different housing. I reminded them that this was exactly what I asked them to do a week prior. Another week and a half goes by and I get a message that my hard drive had been repaired. I show up the next morning and they hand an empty, broken open hard drive housing and two unhoused drives. So, after nearly three weeks all they did was break open my hard drive. Thanks guys. read more

I went in and got a quote of $80 to repair my iPad that was not charging. A couple of days later, I went in to have the repair done and the quote for the same issue was $75 and then another $124 to upgrade the unit. Totally unethical. Obviously I left. I can buy a new one for $330. read more

They fixed my phone in matter of 30 minutes super quick. Phill was great help ! He made the process easy and explain things clearly.

If I could do zero stars I would. Stay away from this place, it's a waste of money and time. They broke my computer and did not extract the data properly, this took over two months for them to do. Called them several times and they just had absolutely no idea what they were doing and at one point even lost my computer. RUN don't WALK away from this place absolutely useless. read more

Let's go Brandon Worst customer service ever After paying and repair done manage wanted to hold phone hostage. And threaten to reverse repairs. Do not use this company. Staff is undertrained and manager is confrontational. Sad. Napa deserves better customer service. read more

I'm HAVING an AWFUL experience with this store. I have filed a claim with their customer service. The woman I spoke to there, Jennifer, was very nice and said she would get on it. She left a message on my phone 2 days ago with her call back number and ext. But the number she left does not go to YouBreak it goes to Asurion where nobody knows a thing about my claim. One of the 3 different people I spoke to there gave me an 800# for Youbreak claims but when I phoned it the number said no it was no longer in service. I just spoke to a person at the store in napa to get an update, he said they were still working on it. Mind you the computer was in perfect working order when I brought it to them 2 months ago now. The only issue was ONE Key which was unresponsive. Long story they sent the computer back to me 3 weeks later and it would not boot-up. It's been two weeks this second round and they have no explanation. They said I should contact Asurion to "REOPEN" the case. WTA??. DO not go here for computer repair. They should be called "YouBreakWsupermessitup." Jennifer if by chance you see this please send an email or a phone number where you can actually be reached. There is no opportunity to put in ext. on the line you sent and it goes to Asurion. What a mess REALLY! 707-226-1299 read more

They tried to charge me a $99 diagnostics fee when there website states that diagnostics are free

I am more than happy with my experience! Needed to have my cracked Samsung S10 screen repaired. It was easy to book appointment on their website. Really great emails confirming appointment. They were busy at my slot time of 4pm. Robert was the front desk representative. He is kind, patient, quite knowledgeable in his craft and has a great sense of humor. Had to come back later to pick up my cell, which wasn't a problem at all. My cell looks better than ever! Kudos to the resident artist! Give these guys a chance to fix your problems. do not go here they don't fix anything they just ship it off to get fixed elsewhere save your time and money this is ridiculous I could've had the work done the same day for cheaper instead my device will be held captive for an entire week on a job that takes seconds to fix that's my ted talk for today read more

Thanks Asurion for charging me 300.oo for a phone I sent back but you never received. Mind you, I already sent 100.oo to file the claim. Now this? Why would I lie and keep a useless phone. Ask the post office to pay you maybe they lost it or maybe I just got hoodwinked. So criminal. read more

I made the appointment on the app and came to the appointment on time. I have a Samsung Fold 3 that needs the front and inner screen replaced. JON told me 6 hours to replace them. The store in Sacramento did it in 20 minutes. What hell am I paying 18.00 a month for insurance! Don't come here ever! Poor customer service and a lazy employee. I just wanted to share how my phone was completely destroyed, a cracked screen for more then a year and one day recently I dropped it and it just completely quit working. Couldn't turn my phone on or off absolutely nothing worked and the screen was toast on my 4.5 year old Android. If I got a new phone I would have lost ALL of my photos and contacts not to mention all the apps that was connected with all my passwords. This company Asurion was albe to make my phone just like it was new again. Im very grateful that the techs there were able to help me out in many ways and saving money too. read more

Horrible customer service. I called on the 23 of December to check on a battery for my iPhone. I was told they will arrive Monday January 2. I called one hour before to make sure they had it; I was told they had several. I arrived half an hour later to be told they didn't have any and that I needed to leave my phone for several hours once they received more batteries in the next week but couldn't tell me when that would be !!! read more
