It rode well for the first couple of days then the brakes went out, gears stopped functioning properly, and it honestly felt like the bike would fall apart mid-ride. NOT ANYMORE!!! Ryan went above and beyond to make sure it's perfect. He kept in touch and told me everything he was doing prior to doing it (because it changed the pricing) and had it ready for me same day! His pricing is reasonable (I called a bunch of repair shops prior to taking it to him) and I feel confident to ride with the utmost safety. I look forward to getting the second bike back! My brother moved gave me a Candale F400 when in search for a bike shop one was going on Vacation, lucky I found this guy. Extremely nice, helpful I'm not a experienced rider in years. I rode a lot as a kid in my adult life gym bike is my go to but with Covid you know it's great to get on a bike ride enjoy nature your neighborhood. So if you need a bike fixed or Tune-up this guy is fast and is local. True small business. He was flexible when I called and asked to meet today within 20 minutes of arrival. He had a nice selection with fair prices. He even discouraged me from one that I was looking at, as it needed a sprocket replaced - I appreciate the honesty. I became acquainted with Ryen from my friend. My friend told me that he bought two bikes one for him and one for his wife from Ryen's bike shop. I just recently bought an ebike for college and after riding around for a week, I got a (rear) flat tire. Apparently no bicycle shops want to work on ebikes if they didn't sell it to you to begin with so I was running out of luck until my dad found Ryen on google!! We brought it over to him and he was awesome!! Ryen fixed both of the tires up with new ones and aligned the bike for us as well! He also had it done in only a few days!!! Ryen is an awesome dude. We were looking for a bike for purchase but everything was out of stock. He had a bike that he just received that needed fixing. We looked at it in the morning we said yes he fixed it up. It was ready the same day by the evening including a basket that we had asked for. This privately owned business diagnosed and fixed my daughter's bike ahead of the date I was given. I appreciate a service that accepts drop offs after my work day has ended (he took the bike at 8:45pm!), works and communicates to me throughout the day/night, and allows me to pickup early AM!
