Speaking specifically of men's shoes, this particular branch is heavy on oxfords (good) and boat shoes (...eh). The brands carried are consistent; you will definitely find Stacy Adams, Aldo, Cole Haan, Rockport, Steve Madden, Giorgio Brutini, Skechers, and Dockers; a few pairs from Florsheim and Aston Grey can be seen every now and then, too. As the seasons change, so does the selection. One service I enjoy is the online-to-store delivery. If what I want is not at this branch, I find what I like online and just have it shipped here. It's convenient and safe. The staff here is consistently friendly and always willing to give you the latest promo codes and monthly discounts whenever they're available. DSW is not necessarily my go-to spot for shoes, but I can always rely on them for my routine shoe needs.

I repeatedly expressed how disappointed I was in the situation and the customer service, and they not once addressed my concerns, only focused on me shipping back the item sent to me by mistake. I am shocked at the lack of customer service and service recovery provided to me and sadly, will not be shopping from them any longer. Nowadays a lot of clothes only lasts a few washes before it starts pilling, stretching, shrinking or discoloring- I've had good experiences with Torrid's clothing.
