Some 13 in. square floor tiles in my kitchen became loose. Fortunately I had a few replacement tiles. Dmytro arrived on time and worked for two hours to carefully remove the old mortar from the underlying cement slab before carefully mortaring the new tiles into place. He knew to wait an hour for the mortar to set before applying grout as opposed to some who would rush to finish. He was very careful to get all the joints evenly spaced.
