I've been using this facility for 2-3 years and it's been a really pleasant experience as far a…read morestorage units go. They have a stellar sign up deal which is why I went with them in the first place. The manager is really cool and understanding and the staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and professional. All in all I have no complaints aside from the pricing after the new costumer deal isn't the best but it's not terrible. I have a 5X10 unit and it's $100/mo which isn't a terrible price but my boyfriend has a 10X10 and he only pays $15 more at another location that's newer and set up in a better way. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage facility located in Eugene.

There was no favoritism or anything, they just communicated every time there was a problem before taking any drastic actions, they gave me reasonable leeway, they were always respectful and they went above and beyond to reach me if there was a hiccup. And they were super happy for me when I finally got to empty it! They've treated a friend I recommended them to exactly the same so A+ for consistency. They're friendly and reasonable as long as you pay your bill, because it's a good business and that's how a business should operate. The place is clean, there's a second section called the annex around the corner for even more units so there's regular availability, the units are secure and well maintained, the hours are awesome, and the dragon sculpture is my favorite.

If It was me that went down to the office and was told that they don't prorate, I would of keep the storage empty and leave at the end of the month , so they wouldn't be able to make double there money off of me , but it was my husband that went down there. Why would you not prorate? It's the right thing to do . Why would you charge for a service you didn't provide? Is to get every penny possible out of people? Just not a good business practice. so make you leave at the end of the month.

I am an older lady and I visit my unit at least once a week, many times after dark. The security is top notch-I always feel safe, unlike my old unit in town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. 'There is even free coffee, etc. in the lobby, as well as a selection of moving supplies. I accidently locked my keys in my car a couple of months ago, and the office was extremely helpful in helping me get on my way. The rates beat my old unit by $100/mo., and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend...

Eugene Safe Storage - I cannot say enough positive about them. I'll summarize and give you the good, the bad, the ugly... here we go! Location: Convenient, right off the interstate, easily accessible, gate under passcode access, well lit. Price: SO FAIR! Gosh, quite competitive to be honest! I never once blinked at the bill. Honest: We overpaid. I had no idea. THEY reached out to me and refunded my money. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS how I appreciate honesty like this. Facility: Brand new. Shiny, clean, well-lit. Lovely parking spots, great long-term storage spots for RVs, I can go on-and-on. Accessibility: They answer the phone, they answer email, you get near immediate responses. Who can ask for better than that? STAFF: Josh and Christi up for the win. These two took care of us! I was a bit 'needy' for dates / times... they made it happen for us. Huge shout out to Josh, Christi, and the staff of Eugene Safe Storage! Highly recommended!!!!!

My door to my unit stay open for 3 days and how they secured it was to put a bedtime in front of it. When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop. The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix.
