The first vehicle we purchased was a 2010 Chevy Silverado we purchased for our nephew in June 2025. He has had nothing but issues with the truck since day 1 of bringing it home and continues to have problems. We were told when we purchased the vehicle that if he ever needed parts for the vehicle, he could buy them from this place at cost. When he did need parts, he tried calling and was told they never sold him this vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later on March 28, 2026. We went back (hesitantly) to purchase a vehicle for our son. The truck we purchased for him seemed to be in great condition for a 2016 and figured since it was 6 years newer than the car we bought for our nephew, we may have better luck this time around. Jokes on me... You know what they say, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I should have listened to my instincts. Within HOURS of bringing the truck home, the check engine light came on and had multiple codes relating to battery issues, transmission issues, etc. I spoke with Nick's wife on 4/13/26 relaying the information we found out and was told she would get back to me. She never did. Instead, she spoke with my husband and told him she would send him the information we could send the photos of the codes to so she can look into it. He never got that information either. Now, as of 4/23/26, I had to call them for an update on the codes I verbally told Nick's wife about on the phone on 4/13/26. Nick said he was waiting for my husband to get back to him and never heard from him. I explained the conversation my husband told me and he said he never said that to my husband and provided me with an email to send the photos of the codes to. This call was initiated due to the alternator going out on this truck already. I understand there will always be a risk with purchasing a used vehicle, but not this many issues within a month of purchase, more or less hours. I will be emailing Nick the photos but am not hopeful for a resolution based off other reviews regarding this company. I have a feeling this place is clearing codes in order to scam people into buying a vehicle from them and then acting like they didn't know anything about it when mentioned to them. Shop here at your own risk. I for sure will NEVER buy another vehicle from here and will warn whoever I can not to buy from here. I will also be filing a report with the BBB if I have to go that far. Update as of 5/14/26; when we purchased my son's vehicle, we mentioned 2 repairs that needed to be done. The first one was the motor for the seat didn't work and the second was a backup sensor that needed to be repaired. To this day, the sensor has yet to be replaced or even looked at due to the fact that they apparently don't have a service technician available on Saturdays, which happens to be the only time my husband and I are off work to take this in. I picked up the motor for the seat yesterday and upon pickup, I was told by their mechanic the motor that was given to me was pulled off another Ford. They couldn't even be bothered to order a new part for the vehicle they sold us even though we were told a new motor would be ordered and we had to wait for the part to come in and then to top it off, when I expressed concerns to Nick's wife about the vehicle since the day purchased, she claimed she had no idea and wasn't aware of the issues even though she is the person I originally mentioned them to. Furthermore, with the concerns relating to the bad alternator; we had this rebuilt by a local company and upon their inspection we were told "whoever rebuilt the alternator last time did a sloppy job. A screw from the internal voltage regulator was lodged into the stator which is what caused all the problems". How a faulty alternator was not caught by their mechanic when inspecting the vehicle prior to selling is beyond me. These people are lazy scam artists! I said it before and I will say it again, buyers beware!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

I decided to use a loaner since my service was estimated to take around 2 hours. The loaner was basically the same as my SUV which made it easy for me. I didn't spend anytime trying to figure out what was where, etc. Just as Ethan explained - my car was done within 2 hours. All was great! They also ran my car through the car wash and filled up my gas tank, free of charge. This location also has a small complimentary cafe. They have coffees, foundation drinks, bottled waters, and a few snacks.

Lexus of Naperville is, by far, the worst dealership I have ever done business with…read more The finance representative who processed our lease: I believe he said he was a former Nissan employee--was, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional and incompetent. He appeared to be upset with my wife and me because we did not want to purchase any of the packages or accessories he was offering. This was evident from his swearing and from making assertions that I felt were both unprofessional and unwarranted. Although we specifically asked that the vehicle be placed in both of our names, he only put the vehicle in my wife's name on the title, despite running a credit check on both of us. Both of our credit scores were in the low- to mid-800s. More recently, we were at the dealership for service on our vehicle. While we were there, I asked one of the salespeople to show me an RX 350. Since it was a hot day, the salesperson literally stood under a tree in the shade while I walked the lot alone. I found this to be extremely disappointing and not at all the level of customer service I would expect from a Lexus dealership. On top of that, in our experience, it can take several days to a week just to get an appointment for something as routine as an oil change. You may want to take these experiences into consideration before purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. If I could, I would give Lexus of Naperville zero stars. That said, buyer beware. If you decide to do business with this dealership, I strongly recommend proceeding with a great deal of caution. These are my personal experiences and opinions. I encourage others to do their own research and form their own conclusions.
