This is one of my go to Thai dishes that I have ordered at many many restaurants. My husband got the Kob Kun Fried Rice. His dish was okay, but sort of strange. They kind of just plopped some crab on top (see pic) and didn't actually mix it into the fried rice. The crab they put on top was kind of cold, while the rest of the dish was hot. I thought that was odd. Even then it was better than my dish. So my husband, who has an higher spice tolerance than me, offered to swap dishes with me but even he could not handle it. It was spicy in a truly unenjoyable way. This sucks because I ordered a medium and they did not take that into account at all when making it. I had to do what I very rarely do--I asked if I could kindly send the dish back and I explained my issue. They were nice enough to let me order something different. I got the green curry with chicken. Sad thing is I got this mild in an effort to not have the spice issue again. However this time, my curry was completely sweet.
