I first met Matt on the floor, where he greeted me warmly and clearly answered my print questions even though he wasn't working in that area. When I was ready to print, he was helping in Copy and Print, which was very busy with multiple customers. At first, I was looking for a female employee to help me, as the medical images I needed to copy could be uncomfortable. When I spoke with Matt about this, he was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and I felt genuinely heard and seen. I expected to come back the next day due to the size of my order, but Matt told me it would be ready in five minutes, and it was. While I waited, I watched him help many people with the same level of care, respect, and attention to their time. He truly seems to enjoy helping others. I don't know his political affiliation, and it doesn't matter, I just keep thinking, I want to be around more people like that. I guess he's part of the "treat people with respect" party. It's people like Matt who genuinely make life better. A very valuable experience.

Please give them raises for having the best customer service ever!!! Receiving a fax, and printing cost isn't as bad as I thought it would be...I needed a color copy of something emailed over. I spent less than $2.50 for the email to be sent here, them to print it and to do it in color! Granted it is alot for 1 copy but I was in and out, in which, that in itself, was worth it!!!
