on a Saturday morning the line was a bit long, with only one person serving customers when I arrived. When I reached the end of the line, a staff member informed me that if I had a QR code, I needed to go outside and print it myself at the self-service machine. I wish there had been signs indicating this, as it would have saved me a lot of time. Once back to the self-service machine, the scanner for the QR code did not work, and I had to input my information manually, which was frustrating. On a positive note, parking outside is free and convenient, located in a nearby strip mall rather than directly on the road.

don't usually leave reviews, but I felt really uncomfortable with the way I was treated during my visit today. An employee kindly gave me instructions, which I followed ( girl on the right ) . However, I had to briefly leave the line due to an emergency. When I returned, A staff member named Ieasha helped me, then said my package was not mailable because the return and destination addresses were written too close together. but instead of offering a simple solution or explaining the issue kindly, she became very rude and condescending. She even said something along the lines of "I'm going to teach you a lesson like a teacher," which felt completely inappropriate and embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. What made the experience feel even more unfair was that earlier I saw another employee kindly offer tape to a customer for free, but when I needed a small piece, Ieasha told me it would cost $3.50. I understand policies may vary, but the inconsistency and her attitude made me feel singled out. When I asked if she could still ship the package despite the addresses being close, she flat-out refused and told me to use the self-service machine instead. I tried to explain that I was okay with it, but she wouldn't budge. The whole interaction left me feeling unwelcome and honestly discouraged me from coming back. Customer service should be about helping people, especially when they're unfamiliar with the process. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no one should feel embarrassed or disrespected for making a simple mistake.

Broken/frozen self service machine, with a very long line. Many frustrated customers inside. One person working on a weekend. Once to the front, the employee said don't you know you can do this at the self service outside? I said yes and it doesn't work. Unaware staff. Also, they overcharge stamps! See pictures. The posted prices inside do not reflect what they charge.

I'm writing this update hoping this location will update the USPS website location self service kiosk availability & time. This is the second time I've come here & the self service kiosk machine works then you go to put the package in the drop bin & it says out of service. I tried to put it in at 5:41pm -- the self service kiosk closes at 6pm but the gentleman told me through the slot don't put the package in there as they are closed. So to prevent anyone else wasting their time & driving to this location opposed to another one I could have gone to, please update USPS website after scanning in the self service kiosk it's then too late to take it somewhere else that's still open

Self service drop off has been out of service for months at this location

Self service drop off has been broken for months. You either get in line and wait 20+ minutes for a drop off, or cut the line to put your packages on the counter and get bad looks from everybody

Since the hours of operation are not listed on Yelp, here's they are!

Good location. Not too busy, there was plenty of staff and no line. Very clean and well-maintained, plenty of easy parking upfront.

One worker behind counter, 20 people in line. Worst post office I've ever experienced.

Normally I don't like to judge people on their appearance but I did get that gut feeling that this place would not be good for me as far as customer service. I felt it deep in my gut. I wish I would have followed my prompting within. I was going to send a package FedEx and I needed to get a copy of something first as far as a Xerox copy. He said that the my electronic copy was too dark a color it would use too much ink and he was close to running out of ink on the copier. I looked at the information that I sent and it was white so I didn't see what the problem was. And I just found it really unprofessional that they don't have extra supplies of ink so they wouldn't be in the predicament of not having enough ink in their copier machine. He showed me that the copy that I wanted was dark on his cell phone. But like I mentioned on my phone it was white. He might have had an ancient phone I don't know. Then he was going to be charging me $5 more than if I went to the FedEx store on Wilshire. And I mentioned to him I usually pay less and he says why don't you go to that store? I reply that if he didn't want my business that I can gather my stuff and go there. Just a really weird interaction. Then he wanted to charge me $1 for me to use my credit card to charge what I was paying. It was just turning into this whole nickel and diming thing. He seemed to be unclear disorganized nothing really made sense. And then he moved to the back of the store and I said aren't you going to help me? He said I could go to fedex. I just promptly took my stuff and left. This was so unnecessarily weird and lots of things that didn't make any sense. Plus he was rude. And strange. And I'm definitely never going to go back.. I noticed that their replies are very rude as well to people who gave their honest opinion here. Very toxic very strange.
