One thing to note, I tried 4 times to get the authorization code to be sent to my phone via text, but it would not work. I had to have it emailed instead. No worries, just letting others know the issue. I was helped almost immediately for my appointment time. The guy was very nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. Receipt notes: Clerk #5 on 9/24/2025 at 10:40 AM (my appointment was at 10:30 AM). I was there for maybe 15 minutes total. I was truly expecting at least 45 minutes. Everything was easy, fast, professional, and convenient. There is so much surrounding a passport, so it's hard to know where to go and what to do. I already has my photos done at Walgreens a week prior and I completed my paperwork prior to my post office appointment. Doing this will shorten your appointment time. Nonetheless, I was super happy with Clerk #5. He made my day by making my appointment a breeze. Thank you, Sir!

They go out of their way to try to make things move more efficiently when it gets busy. Sometimes it's just big time busy and nothing can be done about waiting but there have been times when employees look for ways to get the line moving. The self serve kiosk has been helpful and the package drop works too. I have witnessed employees keep their cool and professionalism with frustrated customers. I've only had positive experiences here. This location also seems to be efficient in getting packages out to the distribution facility faster than other local USPS locations.

This location is pretty large save always clean. You have to make an appointment well in advance in person/online or arrive by 5-7am and line up to be one of the only 5 walk ins they take daily (without appointment). They do not take walk ins all day. I scheduled his appointment 4 weeks in advance. Both parents must be present to get a passport unless both aren't on the birth certificate and of course you have to bring a legal copy or original. I'm patiently waiting 4-6 weeks to get his passport book and card.

They seem to always be having a bad day. I try to be positive and polite when conducting business with them but their defenses are up so high, they are always so dry and short with you. This last visit I needed help tracking a package that said they attempted delivery but it was a package I was shipping to someone in another state. I was trying to explain the mixup to the window lady and she was deaf to listening to anything but trying to tell me there wasn't a package here for me. I kept telling her "I know and there shouldn't be" because I shipped a parcel to someone. She was not trying to understand the problem. She put me to the side and started helping others. I walked inside to ask for a complaint for. I was writing a letter on her non helpful rude attitude. All I wanted was for her to listen to what I was saying so we could find a solution. The clerk seated at the middle counter had a very poor attitude. When I accidentally selected the wrong option on the self-service machine, instead of offering help or guidance, she appeared visibly irritated, sighed repeatedly, and showed clear frustration. She did not explain anything, did not help me choose an appropriate shipping option, and made it obvious she did not want to assist. I was polite and did nothing wrong. I simply needed help. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially for a public service position.
