I didn't mind this post office. It's my local one that has Saturday hours, so I wasn't surprised to see lots of cars in their lot when I rolled in. I had to mail a package and weekday hours don't really work for me with my job. Fortunately there were two cashiers working efficiently, and the line didn't take long at all. The lady who helped me was super fast and even thanked me for my patience. It was a positive trip to the post office, which we all know is not always the case! While post offices, in general, are nothing to write home about, this location has my stamp of approval. If you're just dropping off mail or packages, it's a breeze! Plenty of parking and accommodating staff make this a three star post office (and in postal lingo, that's high marks!) Postal workers get a bad rap, but they are just trying to follow the letter of the law. Like many government run facilities, lines can be long, so go on off times for faster service. The machines aren't always working, but the card and stamp selection is decent. read more

So disappointed with the service I received at this Post Office. I needed to send a package with returned merchandise to China. I had opened a case with PayPal because the seller sent me counterfeit products and would not refund me, and PayPal instructed me to return the products with tracking information and they would return my money. The postal worker assured me the option I chose had tracking. I gave them my package, filled out the customs forms, paid, and left. Once I uploaded all the information and receipts to PayPal I find out that the delivery option the post office employee sold me did not have tracking. I could not get a refund for my purchase without that, so PayPal was forced to dismiss my case because the seller refused to confirm if the items were returned. I'm now out about $100 for the merchandise I sent back as well as the outrageous shipping fee I paid to USPS. read more

I am giving this particular Post Office 5 Stars.... I have been in many over many many years, and it has come to my attention that this Particular Post Office is outstanding in Customer Service. Each time, I go in there, and there is a line.... Someone always comes out to help you through the Self Stamp Machine they have. They do it with a smile, and they really come across that they LIKE their job and making the Customer feel First. Most Post Offices, the people are frowning and they cannot wait until they can call NEXT!, so they can get out of there. Like I said, it not often I would give a Gov't institution and it's Employees 5 Stars, however I will make an exception on this particular Post Office as they deserve it.... :-) read more

One of the closest post office by my house...but why is my "designated" post office to pick up my packages is about 15 mins away? Who knows! haha. I'm giving this place a 4 stars because the staff has been super helpful with my mailing situations that I've had (before I had my own USPS account). The place here is slightly tucked away but you can't miss it as well. The place is clean and very spacious. I tend to come here to drop off my packages since I've already weighed and printed out the shipping labels. Haven't lost any packages! (*knock on wood*) read more

This is a small post office, only one self service kiosk. But I've been here several times and I'm always in and out and the food orders are always really nice and helpful. It's not fancy and shiny and new but they get the job done. read more

I have mailed some parcel to Germany with insurance, certified and return receipt. The parcel never reached destination. I asked for insurance money back, and they told me there is not any money to get back, because the custom confiscated my parcel. So, I was ripped off twice. Bad experience working with these post office. read more

ive been waiting on my package since 10 december, still hasnt showed up. it says in transit!i made an inquiry and they blew me off too. i hope that the usps goes out of business. if i could leave less than a star i would. bottom line if it absolutely positively needs to be lost and no follow up or explanation of where your package is......USPS IS THE SERVICE FOR YOU. The automated postal machine was not operating at all & its mad creepy in there in the evening.

Absolutely the worst post office you can imagine having to deal with. Not sure why they haven't been investigated yet for the amount of times they lose mail. My neighbors and I constantly have to sort through our mail and deliver it to the right addresses because the mailmen they send out on routes apparently can't read and don't place mail in the correct boxes. To top it off, when you look for a package with online tracking, it will say "Delivered at such-and-such time on this date", but your package hasn't been delivered at all. The most recent time I called about this was yesterday evening around 5PM. The little ghetto princess who answered the phone was so nasty! Completely rude, unprofessional, totally unhelpful, and acted like them losing my mail wasn't their problem! I told her that I was searching for a package that had said online that it was delivered. She immediately responded with "There's no way to search it because there's no internet, and no one else will be able to help me because no post office across the nation has internet either (Totally bogus. Clearly, if I'm able to search it on the USPS website, then she can. Then I asked her if I could give her my address and telephone number so that someone could research it for me, and SHE REFUSED! TWICE! I understand it was a holiday weekend, but that behavior was ridiculous, and only after I implied that did she even hear my address did she start talking about something else that had nothing to do with my question and told me that nothing had changed since I called in yesterday. Keep in mind, I haven't contacted them in over three months (which was the last time they lost a package of mine). I tried to keep telling her that I did not call yesterday, and she kept telling me "Oh, yes, you did!" What the heck?! I think I would know who it is I called and when. She was under the impression that I was someone else, at a completely different address than what I told her, revealing that throughout the entire 8-minute call that she hadn't listened to A SINGLE WORD I said. The call ended with her saying, "Well, everyone has returned from their route and is gone for the day (which was crap, because the mailman on our route doesn't get to our neighborhood everyday until around 6pm). Even if you call back tomorrow no one will help you because it's a holiday weekend, so don't bother calling until Tuesday." REALLY?! How do these people keep their jobs with such God-awful customer service?! I work in customer service for a living and have done for the past 11 years. If I EVER treated a customer that way, I'd be fired on the spot. read more

BEWARE!! There is THEFT at this Post Office location! NEVER Drop-off your packages and leave without having them scanned! 14 of my packages dropped of in March went missing at this post office. I spoke with the manager Allison who claimed that my packages where put on a truck and sent to usps processing and distribution center in Sandston VA. The processing center confirmed multiple times that they never received my packages. I went again to this Post Office to check on my packages & asked to speak with the manager Allison who did not want to see me and sent me her assistant Zobia. I told Zobia to check the cameras so she can track my packages and she said "Honestly we dont have cameras at the drop-off docks". 14 Packages got stolen at this Location and the Manager Allison Does not Give a Damn! No apology! No Investigation! No Nothing. It is Clear by now that My packages got stolen by some crook at this location, and I would not be surprised if Allison knows about it or has something to do with it since she refused to investigate my packages and does not care at all!, as if theft at her USPS location is a normal thing. Allison kept saying she will call me for sure after she contacts The USPS processing center to check on my packages, and she never did!. Allison is a BIG Liar and a Possible thief Just like her assistant Zobia. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THESE PEOPLE HAVE JOBS!! read more
