I told the manicurist who started my manicure that I wanted design on my nails...she if asked what I wanted..then the other one said no design with a gel manicure. He got irritated with me because I asked him to cut the initial nail a little shorter. It was my first time having acrylics, and I overestimated how long I could keep them on. Oops. I am not sure of his name, but both times, my manicurist was a man. Not Oscar (who is incredibly friendly and welcoming), but the man a bit older than him. Both times, my manicurist has been so professional and has done an amazing job. When I went to the salon today, I was embarrassed that I had lost a couple of my nails and that one was broken; however, he simply said to "be careful" so I don't hurt my nails again - I didn't feel ashamed at all after that. He just reapplied them. The broken nail was in pain and I thought it would hurt today, but he swiftly fixed it as though he were a doctor putting on a bandage. Also, since this was my first ever "fill-in," I didn't really know what to expect and was nervous. But he did a perfect job, and now I understand the process - he did everything so thoughtfully and carefully - so I won't feel nervous next time. Anyway, I just wanted to say this is a great salon. They pay so much attention to detail and what the customer wants. Also, I hope to learn my manicurist's name next time, because he has been so professional and great both times. Thank you! On one occasion, one of my powder nails fell off (which had never happened before), but when I called they immediately fit me in and fixed it without any issues. Every time I've gotten them, they've looked great and easily lasted me 3+ weeks. Next time I'm trying their pedicure and can't wait to update my review.

I am the only one in the salon during my appointment. All of the workers are so sweet and patient. My nails last for weeks! No chips, no popping on the ends. My pedicures are always so nice. It's a simple salon that gets the job done. Also, extremely sanitary. They constantly wipe everything down and spray after each client.
