A cute and clean nail salon. The nail techs are very diligent and the pedicures are amazing. If you want a nail design you found online, I would suggest checking with the nail tech to make sure it isn't too difficult. I wasn't too happy with the process of taking off acrylic nails. I was soaking them off for more than an hour, causing the skin around my nails to peel off. However, some damage is expected with acrylics so I don't think the salon is at fault. read more

Came here last night as a first time customer. My appointment was later in the evening and I felt horrible for being a little late to it as well, the staff however was so welcoming and understanding I was so grateful. They had little water bottles and candies available, soft christmas music was playing and Emily in Paris was on TV - this alone could have sold me on the experience. I had Wendy who was extremely nice and did my nails beautifully. They have so many cool and beautiful colors to choose from, I took pictures so I could decide for my future nails. Originally I wanted a design but felt guilty for asking for it as it was past closing so I chose a single color that was 'cat eye' and paid 5$ extra for it. Its such a pretty color I'm happy I got it. It looks like they are really great with designs so I hope to get one next time. This salon is 30 minutes from my house but I think i'm going to drive here from now on. Great experience, very excited for future nails. read more

I would totally recommend this nail salon and was thankful that I found it through yelp reviews. I made an appointment for a pedicure Sunday morning for that Sunday afternoon. When I got there it was not crowded and I was taken right away and my manicurist was polite and did a fantastic job. The place is clean which is the first thing you always want to check. It was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it. I would like to try a manicure next time when I have more time. So happy I found this place but beware the parking lot is kinda small so will have to park on the street. Not much more to add than what others have said but just confirming other's recommendations. read more

The girl who did my pedicure was on the phone the ENTIRE time. Not paying attention at all, she was pulling at my cuticles and I told her she was hurting me several times. I had an appointment but was still there for 3 HOURS for a fill and a pedi? Ridiculous. They had the same woman that did my pedi file off my gel polish as well in which she ruined the shape of my nails, she should not be allowed to touch the drill she has no idea what she's doing. Finally found a place that I really like, for pedicure I recommend Sophia, She is very thorough and doesn't rush you at all .My feet always feel great after getting a pedicure with her. For manicure I went to Wendy this time. I wanted to try for the first time uv gel nails with tip extensions and they came out perfect. The service was amazing and the place was clean and cute. The prices are very fair. I felt so catered to! I was in between designs and one of the girls took the time to create a mock up on a model nail. They took me for my appointment even though I was a little late. The parking lot is a bit small and I drove passed the place initially as it's hidden away. I worked with Maggie the whole time and she was awesome, listened to all my suggestions and had great pressure when massaging during the pedicure. LOVE this salon! Muriel and Ivy did my nails, and they came out fabulous!!! It's very clean, they're super nice, and they took their time, which is what I appreciated the most. I didn't feel rushed at all; they even stayed late to finish our nails! My friend and I had such a nice time. We even got to watch Netflix while we got our nails done! The only think to be aware of is that, like all salons, there is a tax when you use a card to pay. They have a square reader though, which is super convienet, AND you can get a point card so after 4 visits to you can get a free mani OR after 8, you can get a free gel mani! My manicure was perfect and lasted two weeks. It probably could have lasted more but my actual nails don't hold even gel Polish that well. And my pedicure was glorious. 2nd time here. Brought my daughter in for her birthday for her first mani/pedi (she was turning 5) as well as one for myself. We were received very coldly, never told me to pick a color, I just did so on my own. Their color selection for non-gel is minimum. Half of the colors I would never wear. So they sat my daughter down (clearly it's her birthday but they don't mention it) and did her nails in 5 mins (or less). All they did was polish and let her sit there under the fan, while sitting me in the pedi chair ...and proceed to do my nails and feet at the same time (ridiculous!) while separated from my daughter. They didn't ask if this was ok...The whole idea was for us to experience this together. The water was cold. I told the lady, she was like "oh you must like it hot that's why"...customer blaming at its finest. Another customer comes in who doesn't have an appt and the pedicurist tells the manicurist "she doesn't have an appt" clearly annoyed, idk what was said to the customer but they basically turned her down...no apologies...so I ask them, are you guys in a rush?? It's seems like you are waiting for appts or something. They said "no rush" but all they did was RUSH. There were 4 workers there and only me and my daughter. The pedicurist kept her eyes glued to the door, kept looking in the parking lot while doing my feet. I felt so unwelcome, I couldn't wait to leave. The two of them were simultaneously harshly scrubbing my feet while the other is rubbing lotion into my hands! How is that relaxing?! They asked me if I "still want" a pedi for my daughter, like clearly I told them earlier what we were there for but they had no desire to do it...I told them forget it. She just basically shrugged. I had my friend come pick my daughter up while they finished my nails and feet bc my poor five year is just sitting there. They didn't even say one word to my daughter who is dressed in a birthday outfit the whole nine. Not one word. Finally another lady walks in with an appointment for a spa pedicure, they treat her like a Princess. My pedicurist finishes up with me while the lady soaks and goes over to that customer...clearly who she was waiting for. For reference, my pedi and mani were started and finished AT THE SAME TIME, which tells you how much effort was put into the pedicure. The kicker was they tell me it's $45, I give them my card, leave a tip and get out of there. I don't get a receipt but today I look in my account and the debit is for $49. Even for a card up-charge should only be for a dollar or two, not $4. I originally came here based off yelp reviews bc I was looking for a new salon...this place had very good reviews, but I'm not sure why. I will never be back, I really hope the ppl working there learn some niceties and customer service skills. read more
