Worst pedicure I ever got. The technician did not even look at my feet. She talked to the technician next to her the entire time. She rubbed lotion on the same spot the whole time with no pressure. I don't even think I can consider it a massage. I left with the same peeling skin on my feet because she didn't even look to see it had to be buffed. Complete waste do not go here. I have come to this establishment for service (mainly pedicures) several times over the past couple of years. The experience became more and more lackluster every time I went. This last experience was so disappointing that I decided I will no longer be spending my money at this place. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and it was evident to me the tech did not want to do my pedicure. I don't expect much from a pedicure. Just some relaxation and a good polish job. The polish was ok but they completely miss the mark on the vibe. This was the last straw for me. read more

Where should I begin, what an ugly experience I had in this salon today. I came in for a pedicure. The Tech was not at all happy about being there. This place offers heated stones and warm towels after the lotions. After the lotions, the girl took off one of her gloves and kept the other one on (has lotion on it). Came back with the bowl of stones and cold towels and no glove. After she puts the cold towels on my legs , I asked her if she was going to use the stones. She nodded (probably didn't understand me). She began the first clear coat of polish, and I then said are you going to use the STONES?. She tried to tell me she did! She calls the manager over and the manager tells me, look she use the stones, because there is lotion on the stones. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me, the girl is on the camera she is using stones, (never showing me the camera footage.) I said to this manager, it must have been a roll by.... I told this manager I have no problem paying for my service, but this girl is lying. I will never go there again. I have been there many times before, I guess this place is going down. It did look pretty dirty. There are millions of spas to choose from, so if there is a bad worker, fire that person. Don't try to make the client look like an idiot. I went to Mandy for a year, it started off great then I found myself sitting waiting up to 40 minutes after my appointment time for my appointment to start. After seeing my mom's Russian manicure, I realized how thick and chunky and uneven my nails were. After sitting for 35 minutes once again for my appointment time, I decided to leave because I was now going to be late for work. 2 weeks later I got 3 calls from the salon. I declined one after another and they called back almost IMMEDIATELY. I then blocked the number because I was quite appalled. Then Mandy texted me off of her private phone number asking me to come back and to give her a "second chance". To say I was completely weirded out is definitely an understatement. I received 3 paragraphs from her, texting me begging me to come back. I have now switched to Russian manicures, and another thing I can confirm is that I cannot believe the amount of dirty supplies that this nail salon uses. The same tools are used on EVERYONE. Definitely not normal after being in a salon where everything is clean, coming out of packets, I'm being seated on time, not having my appointment time stopped to have a phone answered or anything else of the sorts. I went bc I had a gift card, I got pushed into a gel manicure when I went for a regular but she did good. I paid/tipped, got in my car & one of them came running after me (SO EMBARRASSING) up to my car telling me the gift card expired. I immediately gave her the money with no problem I'm not here to get anything for free, I give/receive gift cards for nails almost every occasion & I've never seen/heard any that expire. I really wanted to like this place, but it's a huge no from me. The pedicure was good, but my main gripe was with the nails and a situation with the tip we had. I asked for UV hard gel on my natural nails, and they charged me $85. That's the same cost if I put tips on my nails with the UV hard gel. I also got a matching color on my nails and toes; the nail color is pastel and the toe color is neon. My sister got a new set of UV hard gel nails ($85) and one completely broke off after 5 days. Another thing was this salon continually calling and hassling my sister when the tip she gave the nail tech wasn't going through on her card that she used as payment for the service. It 100% had to be an error on their part if her $85 transaction went through without issue, they probably forgot to include the tip she instructed. They called her cell phone four times, which they got from the COVID-19 contract tracing information you have to fill out. My sister didn't feel comfortable giving the info again over the phone and said she'd bring it in a day or so in since it wasn't going through, but they wouldn't take no for an answer. I came here to get my nails done for a party. It was just ok. The woman didn't really seem interested in clipping my cuticles and used the drill instead. My nails look nice enough but I thought the price of a gel was expensive. The pedicure was good but they switched nail techs halfway through the pedicure for whatever reason, I think the pedicure lady couldn't do a French. Anyway for a gel manicure with French and a regular pedicure with French my bill was around $80. Sort of a rip off but meh. read more

I have been going for about 6 months, very nice, clean and knowledgeable staff. The Girl at the front desk is super efficient and tries to get you in. So that is always a plus. If you're 1 minute late they call you 500 times, but you can sit and wait there for 45 minutes without a problem lol and they say "almost done" when you get there Which clearly they aren't almost done. pedicure girls are rough (hence my bleeding big toe) & different toe nail shapes & color on my skin lol Very sloppy. Feels rushed with manicures. Got a full set and looks like my nails are grown out already But they don't care as long as they get their money. & charge extra for everything. They usually do a great job on my pedicure, however, whenever I make an appointment, I still end up sitting there for 45 mins waiting for someone to free up. If you can't take me at a certain time, please just be honest. Don't tell your walk-ins you can fit them in if you have 5 appointments scheduled already, and only 3 nail technician working. I will say that I love their pedicures; the massage chairs are great, and you get a full princess pedi for only $25, with $5+ for calluse remover if you want. Their place is fairly clean, and they are using precautions, especially during the pandemic. Everyone has to wear a mask, and they have guards at all the stations. The only other thing I would say is that their prices for their acrylics are pretty high. I got a full set and spent about $75, on just the set! SNS is even more expensive, and in my honest opinion, they never last as long as they should. read more

Everytime I come I make an appointment before hand, but I still wind up sitting and waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to open up. They will take their "regulars" that walked in 20 minutes after you first because they "know them" (even if they're walk in's). As much as I do like this nail salon, they need to improve their time management and scheduling, it's not fair to the loyal customers that make appointments and have to sit around and wait for sometimes over an hour, depending on the day. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Came in to get gel manicure and regular pedi. Pedicure was ok but the nail lady did absolutely horrible sloppy job it looks like a five year old did it. This is by far the worst nail experience for me. Also they don't sterilize their tools and don't clean their stations after each customer . Don't waste your time and money! read more

This place runs a terrible business and uses crap product. Do your self a favor go somewhere else. I use to come here when it was vogue when I lived in Staten Island and decided to try it out. I made an appointment because I was going on vacation. First compliant is it took over two hours to get my nails done. They made me late to another appointment I had and kept taking more people after I shared several times I needed to be out by a certain time. The girl at the front desk assured me each time I would get out on time, I did not. Second complaint, the product they used was terrible. I got sns nails and gel pedicure, although it came from the same box and the numbers matched, two different colors. Third complaint, within 1 hour every nail was cracked. I called them right away and shared what happened. I was about to leave for vacation that night so could not spare to go back and get it fixed. i also live in nj making it very inconvenient to go back and "fix" them with their terrible product. I requested a refund and the "manager" shared she had to wait for the owner to refund. she would "take care of me" aka INSIST i come back so they can do a better job. I don't want the product on my nails and i shouldn't have to go back pay a toll to "fix" my nails, its should have been done right the first time charging $100 for the service. I do gel for myself at home and do a much better job and pay $0. If im paying $100 i expect more than cracked nails for my vacation. I requested a refund several times and all they keep offering is to fix it. Literally chased them for two weeks for an answer and All i got was i can "fix it" whenever no problems.... I would have even take just a refund for the nails and not the pedicure. Customer care poor, product poor, service poor. Super unacceptable. Again save your money, don't go here. read more

Wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. I'm currently sitting in the pedicure seat (my second seat since the original chair I had a broken massager) and I'm not waiting to review this place. So as I previously mentioned, my massager was broken only to be moved to another broken one lol can't make this up. The lady doing my pedicure was reluctant to move me until I insisted on it upon hearing the cost of a regular basic pedicure. If I'm paying this money for a mediocre pedicure, at least let me enjoy a simple massage from a massage chair. But no. Apparently , the second seat was broken as well. I really liked it the first time I went there. Was there twice my second time was very disappointing. Not clean, very dusty. The staff is friendly but no sterilizing or even alcohol wiping their tools. I was there on Saturday the manicurist that did my nails wasn't nice was in a rash. I get a regular mani and pedi every week. I stopped in this place to try it out. I like my nails short. I had long nails as a teenager into my 20s. I'm over long nails now. I tried this place out and not one, not two but three workers in there just kept trying to up sell me. Like I had never been to a nail salon before. Telling me "oh you need tip. Long nail is nice". I used to love this place because they gave the best pedicures. Made an appointment for two people last week, and they took us one at a time so we were there for double the time, even when we were there before everyone else coming in. The pedicure was really awful and quick. Lots of dead skin left, it's like they didn't do anything, and that's just besides the fact that after 2 days, every single one of my toes was chipped. I also got a new set of acrylics, she cut 3 of my fingers and they started falling off after just 6 days... also the nails were very sloppy.
