This is the biggest nail salon I think I've ever been in and for good reason, they are CONSISTENTLY busy. There's like 12 pedicure chairs and I don't even know how many manicure tables. Being that they're so busy, chances are you're gonna have to wait a bit no matter what. A lady I spoke to as I was waiting said what I thought was busy was really nothing for them. The wait time is probably the only reason I'd take off one star. I went to Kim for my refill. She took her time and did a good job. She made sure I liked everything before moving on the the next steps and even helped me pick a color (because I'm beyond indecisive). I'm not sure if the girl's name who did my pedicure but she did a good job too. I noticed that the employees there are very thorough with their service, which I definitely appreciate.
