Got a great pedicure and manicure here but they don't own base coat. They simply don't have it which is the oddest thing I've heard of at a nail salon. 4 star mani/pedi. You gotta have base coat. read more

Asked them to fix one nail because it was not polished properly. They made it even worse... didn't even ask me if it was better this time. Just asked for the payment. They had a dirty chair with green syrup which I sat on... they still didn't clean the chair for the next person. read more

Bad experience at this place ... I ask them for an easy white design with diamonds... and I got a bad job. My nails looked like it was done by my 3 years old , I ask them to fix them again and to do it just plain black. By the time they were done I was there for 2 hrs and a half . And I'm not lying more thn 2 hrs. 24 hrs later and the nail polish started peeing I went back for them to fix it, re do them and I got told I will have to pay for it. I've been going here going on 4 years now. I have visited other salons but always come back to Perth Nails. I love the service & the prices can't be beat. I usually go Sunday afternoons. It tends to be less busy then. I would avoid it during Prom Season, I made that mistake once lol. But overall great place! read more

Absolutely the worst nail salon. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure. Definitely unsafe and unhygienic. They took off so much of my cuticle that I bled and was sore for days. I did not see them sanitizing anything at all. My nails were chipping by day 2. Never ever will i go back. read more

Completely love this place! Y is the woman that I was referred to from another woman and she is fabulous! My nails are stunning! She took her time, took me at the last minute and they were busy. I went to this Solon to do my nails for my birthday and in a week they Came off and I didn't have them for my birthday

Horrible experience on my last visit. Young pregnant woman did my pedicure and things were ok until I glanced up from my magazine and saw her use the the foot file on my heels that the man next to her had used on his client. OMG! Thank goodness I use foot file every shower with cream so my heels needed minimal work, but I let her finish pedicure and then left. Did not want to make a scene. Yes, they are hard working people, but that was clearly a board of health violation. Will not go back. read more

Giving this place 3 stars because the price ranges are decent and nice working people here. Other than that the nail polish collection is very limited and cheap. There weren't any Essie, OPI, and Orly polishes. I just got a manicure for $8 so that's a plus. read more

Horrible service, the lady didn't do my nails right. I wanted just regular nail polish she kept telling me to get gel nails. So I got gel nail polish and it looked horrible. they do a good job, but employees need to work on customer service skills. I've been going there for a few months now and i love their selection of nail designs and i told the girl what i wanted and after she finished i noticed she gave me the wrong design so i politely asked her if she would mind changing it and the girl literally began to throw a hissy fit and kept sighing and fidgeting in her chair and was continuing to throw a fit while fixing them and then after stormed away. when i told the other employee i was still unhappy with how they looked, she laughed and said "too late" then proceeded to ask me to pay to get me out of the shop faster. also, the male manicurists are very rough with my nails the two times I've had them and have cut my finger once and did not do anything about it until i pointed it out. i'm definitely not going back again. read more

Do not go here ! This salon is very dirty and not kept up . When I came in the the salon there were bugs crawling on the wall and the lady who owns the salon came over ( while she was doing someone's nails ) and killed the bug with her bare hands and didn't wash her hands ! . Very poor quality - they spoke to each other in their language stating that they were going super cheap on me and proceeded to only put one layer of color and no top coat on my nails . I had to speak up to get a top coat - I don't think the guy was barely 16 yrs old. read more
