I've never had gel nails chipped before so this was a surprise to me. I also got a regular pedicure and I noticed on day 3 it's starting to chip as well. I'll give this place another chance before I write it off.

This is the biggest nail salon I think I've ever been in and for good reason, they are CONSISTENTLY busy. There's like 12 pedicure chairs and I don't even know how many manicure tables. Being that they're so busy, chances are you're gonna have to wait a bit no matter what. A lady I spoke to as I was waiting said what I thought was busy was really nothing for them. The wait time is probably the only reason I'd take off one star. I went to Kim for my refill. She took her time and did a good job. She made sure I liked everything before moving on the the next steps and even helped me pick a color (because I'm beyond indecisive). I'm not sure if the girl's name who did my pedicure but she did a good job too. I noticed that the employees there are very thorough with their service, which I definitely appreciate. That probably contributes to the wait times as well but it's worth it for a good mani/pedi. I can definitely see myself going back there just not if I'm in a hurry.

Despite moving to North Jersey, I'm willing to drive an hour to get my nails done here. I always get gel on my natural nails with a design and my favorite tech for this is Maggie. She executes on my vision perfectly every time. I never have to wait for longer than a couple minutes since I make an appointment and the place itself is very clean and modern with phone stands at each station and TVs. The techs are very careful with their nail prep and check in constantly to ensure the nail shape, length, color, and design is to your liking. I would highly recommend coming here if you want your nails done well!

I usually go to my regular place, but I stopped here because I was short on time and it was on my way. The customer service was bad from the beginning. The refill alone was $70 extra and the work was not worth it at all. The polish was uneven and messy, they didn't even bother showing me the color books -- I had to get up and look for them myself. On top of that, the nail tech kept making annoyed faces the whole time like he was upset I picked a white French tip. In the end the white looked horrible and very imperfect. Definitely not the experience or quality I expected for that pric

Full set of acrylic nails took less than an hour but was done with amazing attention to detail and was exactly what I wanted. Finding a new nail salon that is professional, affordable and does great work is difficult but this salon impressed me on all levels. Hands down the BEST Pedicure I have ever gotten. I got the detox pedicure and WOW!! Best massage I have ever gotten in a pedicure. I have terrible calluses and they took their time and my feet and smoother than ever now. I had a detox pedicure full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and an eyebrow wax. My husband got a detox pedicure and a manicure. We were in and out in 2 hours and it cost only $200. We have paid far more in other salons and spent more time for services nowhere near as good as what we recieved here. We had appointments and were taken exactly at our appointment time which is rare at a nail salon. I can't say enough good things about this salon. Highly recommended.
