So I've been testing different nail salons for men's pedicures, and this place is not up to par. I called for an appointment they said ok, as I'm outside I see a very young teenager walking in which is the young lady who did my pedicure. It seemed like they called their daughter to come in and do this, asked for a spa pedicure, and the poor girl had no clue how to do it, wasn't familiar with the products, and nail cutting techniques were sub standard I was afraid she was gonna cut my toes open. I stopped coming here a few years ago. After that fire, this place hasn't been the same. They jacked up their prices and the quality turned into crap. Every time I came here, it would be a different price for the same service requested. I used to come here a lot but not anymore. Nail quality went down the drain and the owners didn't care to lose business. Bad customer service. read more

All these reviews are old. This has been my place since 2017. It's clean, they do a great job, personable and always take me in for an emergency repair. I have nothing but good things to say about them. If you're looking for a great nail salon try them out. read more

Had nothing but a great experience! I didn't give Jessica much to work with. Several of my nails had broken. She did an amazing job making them look as even as possible without having to chop them all off. I'm a fan of when they file the gel polish off of it doesn't all come off after soaking and she did just that. Totally reasonably priced (I usually pay between $30-$35 for a gel mani and they were right in there even with TWO fill ins!). It's also very clean so definite plus. I'll be back when I'm in the area for sure. read more

The staff ia very friendly and always does great job on my nails.I rarely ever have time to make it back in 2 weeks sometimes i have to wait 4 and they always hold up. My daughters always has a crazy design she wants and they always are spot on with it. 3 satisfied customers read more

Never again! The pedicure was totally rushed and the lady doing my nails seemed like she couldn't even be bothered. Don't let me get started on the owner (gentleman that sits in the front chair) he's just rude. They never have enough people and he always tells customers to come back. read more

I was a walk-in for Mani/pedi I was told to go sit down to start with pedicure.I I sat there for over half hour. As I had time to sit I looked in front of me, it was a mess, and then lookedup and fly paper was cascading from the ceiling, ...Someone finally came over to me and said it would be 10more min...after another 10min, I left. Why you ask, did I wait so long... I don't know, I wasn't in a rush and am new to the area, it was the only salon that I knew near by. anyhoo. still need a mani/pedi. read more

Very expensive; we were ripped off. Very horrible workmanship, left very disappointed. They also wouldn't do the things we requested on our nails and instead did what the wanted that benefited them. My nail girl was on the phone the entire time. We will NEVER go here again. read more

This is my go to nail salon. I only get my nails done by Moon. She's the best. I get IBD pink gel with regular gel over it and they last 3 weeks without chipping. Always make an appointment. read more

NEVER COME HERE! The owner treats everyone like they are beneath him! The girl Kim who does nails, constantly talks about every customer in her language and it's very obvious that when she does, that it is nothing nice. I have been going for a while and every time I go, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by doing your nails. I cannot believe this place can be open with the way they treat their customers! I went to get a pedicure recently and the lady Kim shouted "I'm too busy for you, I have no time to do your nails. Every person there stared at her in disbelief at her tone and the way she spoke to me. The owner did nothing about it because he treats everyone awful regardless. Horrible. I went there looking for a gel manicure on my natural nail. I left disappointed after I asked for the quality to be fixed. A few of my nails looked like a child painted them. After 2 days the gel stated to lift. Since then ALL my natural nails have broken off!! They are so short from where they broke my nails hurt! My nails are ruined now. The owner that did my nails made me feel I was an inconvenience to him! Extremely over prices as well. Horrible horrible horrible! read more
