It's not just about the hair (though, the hair is fabulous); it's about how he makes the whole experience so relaxing and fun. It's like being pampered by a friend who's also a wizard with color!

The girls at the desk were very friendly and nice with checking in. The inside looked clean, and organized. Usually when I've gotten my hair down the last it was only one stylist doing my hair but here there's helpers so it's not just the hair stylist . Stephen is someone I would recommend without hesitation. Three stars given for some ambiguity. Advertisement listed, "Single process color, cut, and dry $49". Single process meaning just a root touch up, but that is not written on the ad. I paid an additional $25 and was told of the increase as soon as I sat down, so no deception. Just wish I knew prior to the appointment. I also did not know there was a 4% fee for credit cards. Unfortunately did not see any wording on website to inform me of this fee. Would have paid in cash, but didn't have enough due to $25 add on for full color. Prices vary depending on stylist, so I will definitely call PRIOR to appointment. Please note, there are no prices posted in the store, on a website or in a brochure.
