The office is only open on Monday evenings and it's a cattle call @5:30. There are about 8-10 VERY chairs (practically on top of each other) and by 6pm, there is standing room only. For a 20unit Botox appointment, I've waiting up to 2 hours. I have literally been coming to Chrysalis all my life (Mariarae gave me my first haircut when I was…read more2) and I always love getting my hair done here. Mariarae is my usual stylist and she knows my hair so well. Whether I'm just getting a trim or putting in highlights or anything else, she always knows what to do and she is just amazing! I have had haircuts from other staff members as well and everyone is really great. I always go here for special occasions too. Carolann did my hair for middle school graduation and I loved it. I had my hair done for senior prom yesterday by Tony, who did an incredible job. He has never worked with my hair before (I have thick hair that is not easy to manage) but he was so patient and precise about how it looked. I didn't really know what kind of style I wanted so he helped me figure it out...I pretty much just trusted him to do whatever he thought would look best based on the style and neckline of my dress. He is so knowledgeable and overall just awesome :D I'm getting my hair done at Chrysalis for graduation in a few weeks and I know they will do a great job! Always love it here :)

So I came to this place for a hydra facial, on Groupon it had great reviews and a discount. What a…read moremistake that was. First thing is I get into the room and lay down the girl goes you are sensitive. My exact words were "yes more so around my nose area." She starts the hydra facial machine and goes on my nose and says "you are very sensitive you have SOME redness" some Redness and what I ended up with was completely different. I had one whole side of my nose red almost purple. The manager comes in when we are done before I can even look at my face and says "your super sensitive" and kept blaming my skin meanwhile I researched hydra facial with sensitive skin. If done CORRECTLY only slight redness should occur. And besides that the rest of my face doesn't even look like I had a facial. Mind you I am writing this the next day, which the manager said the spot will be gone and it ISNT. I looked like someone punched me on the side of my nose. They obviously didn't charge me for this horrendous job. I've had many facials, aqua facial, microdermabrasion, aqua gold, injections, nctf and still never ended up looking this bad. Definitely BEWARE of this place. They obviously need to train their staff better.i

She is professional and experienced. I have been a registered nurse for over 40 years and have cared for many patients over the span of my career. I have been to other practitioners and never received such compassionate, gentle care as I did today! Patty took the time to listen to my concerns and then gave a thorough explanation of the facial treatment that I was to receive. The room and atmosphere were so inviting, extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy. Patty had a gentle touch, and yet my skin never felt cleaner! I left the experience fully relaxed and my skin had such a beautiful glow! This was a gift from a friend and one of the best gifts that I received! Thank you Patty!
