The facial it self was great, she used her own holistic skin care line that smelled and felt so good. I had some deep build up in my skin that Gina used this really cool bacteria killing machine that zapped my skin to kill any infections or what not; very high tech!! Plus I immediately could tell a difference after she used her tool. I purchased a few of her products that have already made a huge impact on my skin in less than a week. Gina was so knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel super comfortable!! I will 100% be back and totally referring all my friends to her! Thanks again Gina!!

While I was on my way there I contacted them to see if I needed to bring anything with me like a robe slippers ETC During a text exchange between me and associate there I was asked if I wanted to try the new client sampler I said why not figuring I might as well try what they have to offer while I was there. Unfortunately they sold me a sample of that they couldn't provide because the slim pod which is one of the major features of this place was not available for the entire day. I was told I can come back later and do it again but it's a long way from home and I didn't feel like that was nice. I paid the full amount and didn't get what I was sold. The staff is nice and friendly. But also the place is small so you can hear all the details of the private conversations including what they are ordering for lunch. I think when you're getting compression therapy on your legs you'd rather just have some nice soothing atmosphere instead of something like that. Not that they weren't nice people, they were very nice but I came there to unwind and relax. it's a clean place with very nice decor and the equipment looks state of the art. Overall I would say there may be benefits to a place like this but I would never know because I'm not going back. The place was far away, the parking was not convenient, and my overall experience was negative unfortunately because I know it could've been positive if it was played right. I texted the number that was offering me the services yesterday to explain this before I wrote this review. All I got was a robot answering me instead of a person selling me or helping me this time.
