During both sessions I attended, I have been able to step into my peace. Attending a class at Lead with Love will allow you to feel safe, centered, and come home to yourself. There were people at all levels in the classes and it really is an environment for all who want to get into yoga. Thats a good thing, it feels good to be in clean spaces not only for hygiene but for my mind. My massage therapist ( Michelle ) honestly had me second thinking her when we first sat down. But i just surrendered and tried everything and found myself experiencing one of the top 5 massages in my life. I am a yoga teacher so I do lean toward someone who actual knows body mechanics and spiritual energy. Michelle's knowledge is profound and altering. While I was on my way there I contacted them to see if I needed to bring anything with me like a robe slippers ETC During a text exchange between me and associate there I was asked if I wanted to try the new client sampler I said why not figuring I might as well try what they have to offer while I was there. Unfortunately they sold me a sample of that they couldn't provide because the slim pod which is one of the major features of this place was not available for the entire day. I was told I can come back later and do it again but it's a long way from home and I didn't feel like that was nice. I paid the full amount and didn't get what I was sold. The staff is nice and friendly. But also the place is small so you can hear all the details of the private conversations including what they are ordering for lunch. I think when you're getting compression therapy on your legs you'd rather just have some nice soothing atmosphere instead of something like that. Not that they weren't nice people, they were very nice but I came there to unwind and relax. it's a clean place with very nice decor and the equipment looks state of the art. Overall I would say there may be benefits to a place like this but I would never know because I'm not going back. The place was far away, the parking was not convenient, and my overall experience was negative unfortunately because I know it could've been positive if it was played right. I texted the number that was offering me the services yesterday to explain this before I wrote this review. All I got was a robot answering me instead of a person selling me or helping me this time.

Very peaceful atmosphere and such great instructors. Definitely has helped me maintain peace of mind and it can be a good workout too! Debbie's warm sessions on Mondays are great if you're new or want to feel it out. If I get a friend to come for their first time, I usually tell them to take a warm class along with me. Melissa's Yummy Yoga sessions will keep you smiling, laughing and sweating (very yummy!). And Janice's sessions helped me focus on my breath so I can relax into poses that I didn't think I can do (or still working on doing lol). She gives a lot of individual attention as well to make sure you're practicing correctly to prevent any injury. Which is good because I'd be tumbling and falling all over the place without her direction. Can't wait to try out all the other classes. :) See that? Feel like I've said so much. Just gooo!
