I told her that might be a challenge depending on the doctor's availability, but to please call me back at her earliest convenience with some answers. I never heard from her again. I called again and left a message reminding her that I was waiting to hear back from her. No call back. I called one last time telling her that the situation was very serious and I needed to know if Dr. Choy could possibly help my brother, otherwise we'd have to make other arrangements. I literally begged Erica to give me the courtesy of a return call. I never heard from them. You can reach your own conclusions as to whether you want to trust treatment to people capable of acting like this.

I was comfortably adjusted up until a few days before my due date. After recovering for a month post birth, I started going again & it feels good. I'm more comfortable now that the belly is gone. After baby I was concerned about going to an office where there would be people in the waiting area since baby doesn't have any shots & doctor Jeff accommodated me. Now I go the same time once a week for an adjustment & only wait a couple minutes with no one in the waiting area. As for normal wait time - I've never waited more then 5-10min max. Even that's a lot. Staff is friendly & office is tranquil.
