Nicole is incredibly competent and confident in everything she does, yet her approach is refreshingly conservative. She never pushes, always listens, and takes the time to truly understand what you want. Her work speaks for itself--absolutely beautiful, subtle, and natural. I constantly get compliments about how refreshed and youthful I look, and the best part is people genuinely think I haven't had anything "done." That's a testament to Nicole's skill and her commitment to enhancing, not altering, your natural features. On top of that, she is the kindest clinician I've ever worked with. There's a level of care, honesty, and professionalism that's hard to find. I have so much respect and admiration for her and the entire experience she creates. I wouldn't trust anyone else

The staff is nice.... the business is clean and professional looking. I paid almost $900. My marionette lines were not filled. I made a second appointment where I was told I needed Botox instead. I don't recommend this place, I don't believe they are skilled enough to provide real results. I feel ripped off.

Canceling appointments half an hour before the appointment. Forgetting to show up had to call him to Come to the other location I was at . The last time was the last time I am floored they made an appointment months before and they put me in the wrong doctor when I have been there for years so they had to cancel. They had no appointment available. No one was budging it was like they were trying to push me onto another doctor that I did not know that I feel that botox is some thing very intimate . If I don't know you, I don't want to do my Botox. It's just the whole thing was just really poorly communicated. It was 45 minutes before I was seen and they told me that he was with someone else. Ridiculous. I will never go there again unless he gets a whole new staff they should be ashamed. and then when I had the conversation with the doctor, he didn't seem disturbed over it so I'll take my business elsewhere and so should you .

I went into the office today in Sea Girt for a 12 o'clock appointment with Kim Clemente and was…read moreasked by the front desk, girl if this was my first time at the office. I told her no, that I had been there before yet she wouldn't believe me, asked me if I had the wrong location and then finally realized that it had been a few years and that they didn't transfer my profile over. From there, I was standing at the front desk, waiting for forms to fill out, watching her print out documents and clicking on her computer, but she continue to ignore me. After five minutes, I just took a seat, as I figured that I didn't need to do anything. It would've been nice for her to let me know that I could sit instead of standing there. Eventually, I was taken into a back room where I was asked again if this was my first visit. It had been several years since I had been to the office, so the tech suggested Kim evaluate me before moving forward. I agreed. She took a few pictures and then proceeded to walk a few steps behind me and make work phone calls. I find it odd for techs to be making Work phone calls in the same room as a waiting patient. Eventually, she walked out the back door and I was left sitting in a room that had to have been about 75 to 78° in temperature. I'm not sure if their air-conditioning was working, but it was boiling hot in the office. By 12:20 pm I had had enough, and decided that this was definitely not the atmosphere I wanted to get any sort of aesthetic procedure done. I walked past the room where Kim was sitting with a patient chatting and told her that I was leaving. She followed me out of the office to apologize for my experience and let me know that she had lost a friend to a car accident and she was discussing that with her longtime patient. While I have sympathy for her loss, I don't have time in my work schedule to accommodate for her personal life. There is a time and a place for these conversations. I needed to get back to work for a business meeting and there was no consideration in her mind for that, which is why I will not be returning to this practice.

Both Nicole and the front office made me decide to NEVER go here again. I don't think I have…read moreencountered one person behind the front desk who has customer service skills. Every time I interact with someone over the phone they sound like I have somehow inconvenienced them. It's ridiculous that their email address and submission form on their website are advertised as ways to get in contact with them when no one responds. I spent well over a month trying to obtain written information on the procedures I have gotten done over the years as something had changed and I had an allergic reaction after my last appointment. Despite this, there was still no urgency on the front desk's end. When I called the first time I was told I would receive a response to my email and it never happened. I called again a few days later and the same thing was said and I still have nothing. Not to mention both people I spoke with were far from friendly or helpful. The poor customer service, as well as countless issues I have had with my filler and premature migration, is what made me switch practices. Nicole told me that my filler migration was my fault because of my anatomy. What's insane is she still offered to add more filler if I wanted. I received a second opinion from someone much more experienced and learned it's a technique issue and based on pictures I have, I had migration VERY early on. Nicole made me pay to get it dissolved when the migration wasn't my fault. Nicole also not only injected me with an active cold sore which led to an infection, but I had a scary occlusion because of her work. Her lack of patient education and one size fits all mentality is scary. Please do your research before coming here. I had one awful experience after another and am now with the most incredible injector elsewhere. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.

I am so grateful to have found Elizabeth at Kayla Jeanne Aesthetics-- this was better than my experiences at Rescue Spa and I wasn't upcharged for every additional treatment. To start, we briefly chatted about my skin/problem areas/my concerns, she listened carefully and reassured me that we would address everything. She went above and beyond. During our session, she paid close attention to detail, she explained the reason for each treatment and I left feeling glowy and confident. At other estheticians I've seen, I've left feeling blotchy and red, not wanting to show my face until the next day. I left Elizabeth with glowy skin and zero redness. The space is welcoming and comfortable and they take cleanliness very seriously with added protocols to keep clients safe during the pandemic. After this lockdown, I'm really looking forward to going back!

If that doesn't say enough, I don't know what else does. My unruly sparse eyebrows have never looked better, and miraculously I never break out from the wax she uses. As for the bikini wax, lets just say Andrea is very meticulous. I don't want to bore/gross out anyone with the deets, but ingrown hairs are at a minimum and its the least irritating wax I've had.
