I went in and needed to come back the next day as I was visiting the area and did not bring my shampoo and conditioner as I was to be here the weekend only, Unfortunately my daughters fiancee had a tragic accident while I was visiting and passed away, I needed to wash and blow out my hair for the funeral and Lexi came in on her own time to assist me. Not only did she do a great job, she listened to an old woman cry and vent about the injustice of the universe. the day before I got my face waxed (I hate facial hair on me) and they used some kind of different type of wax and it didn't hurt at all. so not only would I recommend this salon for great work, I also recommend it for its compassion to people! thank you ladies! read more

We came here the same day as making an appointment on a Saturday, so it seems that they're pretty free. We arrived at our appointed time and waited for more than 5 minutes while stylists glanced at us and said nothing. I decided just to go up to someone and say that we had an appointment, and they didn't even realize that no one was up at the front desk. My first experience here was great! I got highlights in my hair for my upcoming wedding and the entire staff was accommodating and fit me right in even though it would take longer to do the highlights. I'm pretty sure they've also stayed late to do my hair on more than one occasion and they never complain. My hair the day of the wedding was beautiful and my makeup stayed all day and night so I was very happy about that. I will only go here for haircuts and color from now on. They take their time and don't rush through or make you feel like you're wasting their time. They also love to learn anything about hair and I overheard them talking about going to some workshop and I really thought that it was fantastic that they were trying to further their education of hair so they can better assist their clients! They fixed my major hair crisis! I performed a terrible at-home bleach job and my hair was extremely patchy and uneven. Some areas of my hair were still brown and orange. I booked an appointment online through their website which was really easy, convenient and gives you all the prices! This was my first time coming to this salon since I just moved to the area. The inside of the salon was really clean, organized, and cozy. Tina was my stylist! I told her what happened with my hair and that I wanted dark vibrant blue hair to cover the mess on my head. She gave me the breakdown on what needed to happen and so did the salon owner, Lexi. They really knew what had to be done to save my hair and their expertise showed. Tina performed a color correction on my hair by using lightener. The products they use are great because the bleach didn't make any of my already damaged hair break apart. I also have a lot of thick hair and sometimes two stylists needed to apply lightener to my hair. The stylists at this salon are super close and friendly with each other. They help each other out when needed which is very nice to see! Tina was always letting me know what she was doing with my hair so I wasn't confused at all. After all the hair was lightened, her and Lexi toned it with a violet toner. They previously explained that in order to get my hair to the blue I wanted, they would need to tone it, or else, putting blue on top of yellow would turn my hair green. Also, Tina explained that I would have to come back another day for the blue dye after the lightening and toning. I was very understanding with everything she explained and knew that getting the color I wanted would take patience. She also gave me a nice trim for all my dead ends and some face framing layers in the front! For now, my hair is looking kind of pink/purple/blonde which is pretty cool itself! I will post another great review when its blue. I'm happy with the process so far and this salon exceeded my expectations! read more

Overpriced for sub par work. Management is rude and doesnt understand customer service. They make up their own prices and act like it's a chore for blowdrying hair after washing it and cutting it. They were going to let me walk out with wet hair. I've never been to a salon where my hair being blowdried wasn't included.Their scheduling was messed up and "fitted me in" and then say "well I tried calling you". They never did. The staff is friendly but not everyone is great at doing hair. I guess when your stylist looks like they don't care tor their own hair you should know what you want won't come out right. Been twice hoping the 1st time was just an off day but both times I left feeling cheated. The prices are really great though. I'm going to be honest, I only came here for that boss Groupon. That being said, I had such a great experience. My hair was crazy long. I have needed a hair cut for months. I knew it was probably going to be hassle, but my hair looks great. I got long layers, which are cut really evenly. I also went from a dark blonde to a strawberry blonde. I have never gotten more compliments on on my hair in my life. Jenna did such a great job. I have nowhere close to natural red hair, but some even said I look like a natural red head. I went here a couple months ago for a haircut. I'm only writing this review now because I'm looking for salons to get a cut at and remembered I had a semi-good experience with this salon. The cut itself was done well and the stylist did everything I asked for! I rarely have a good haircut experience, but I was really happy with this one. However, the assistant (or whomever was in charge of hair washing, she had a shaved style so I think she might've also been a stylist) wasn't too nice. She never made eye contact with me at all, didn't connect with me other than to gesture me to the back and to have a seat, and one really rudely delivered direction by telling me to "give me your head," after shaking her hands under me a couple times (as if I'm supposed to know what that means, most times I'm verbally told what the person wants me to do and I try and make the process as easy as possible for them). Though the cut was good, I don't think I'll return because of the other staff. It's sad that one stylist can lose business over another employee. read more
