I was given an attitude and called a liar. I had the emails to prove my appointment time and that someone changed my time slot. The manger called me and defended her front desk staff saying they would never do such a thing. In business, this is not how to run a successful company. The wax specialist I saw was good but because of the front desk staff and manager, I definitely will not be buying wax passes or services in this location.

I've been coming to Angels salon for 3/4 years now and the salon is welcoming, clean, professional, and overall just an awesome place to come pamper yourself. Angels attention to detail is nothing short of amazing and she is ALWAYS willing to listen and understand what my expectations are. I have had my lashes and eyebrows done by her, ginger and Ali, and I will never go anywhere else. Their knowledge and experience has allowed me to feel comfortable and confident that my natural lashes will not be destroyed (as they have been in the past by other salons) and that I will always leave with perfect lashes and brows. I honestly drive 45 min to come here because Spoolie and Mane is just that great. They are all very personable and I have never heard the salon "quiet" to the point of it being "uncomfortable".
